Stayed Dec 27, 2024We went for a post-Christmas getaway and were very pleased with this house. Clean, spacious, quiet were all good things. Walking distance to Inlet Beach (about 15 minutes) and the Promenade on 30A (about 5-7 minutes), so good access for all. Hosts were very accommodating and easy to contact. We would definitely use them again!

Stayed Oct 11, 2024Nice house, close bike/walk to the beach, and super close walk to great restaurants where highway 98 meets 30 A on highway 98. The listing is misleading as it presents itself to be south of 98 and north of 30A. This house is north of 98. I booked believing the house was north of 30A but located in charming Rosemary. The house was nice but not in “charming Rosemary.” The house is in a nice neighborhood north of highway 98. If you have older kids who want to hang with their fiends in Rosemary the walk/bike ride home can be a bit concerning even though the area is quite safe. The tunnel is close and fantastic. Bikes and beach chairs were provided along with beach toys which was a nice feature. VRBO needs to do better with their “location feature”. Lock up the bikes!!! Lots of games in the house if you have younger kids who are into that.
