Stayed Sep 12, 2024Place needs updating. Front and back porches were dirty. Had to clean the chairs before we use them. Only 1 bedroom had a TV and it didn’t work. Stains on the bed comforters. Location is ok.

Stayed Aug 30, 2024We enjoyed the location and the house was spacious. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean. The porches were dirty. Downstairs bathroom (under house) dirty. No light on the front porch. No light in the downstairs (under house) bathroom. Beautiful property outdoors but not kept up very well. We enjoyed our stay very much, but these small things would have made it much better.

Stayed Jul 26, 2024Absolutely gorgeous acreage. I cannot get over how beautiful the land is. It felt like we had our own private beach. The house set up is perfect. So much room and the space under the house was so nice to grill out in. I can’t think of anything negative except the house needs a good pressure washing. The porches were dirty and outside the house siding also. There were a couple of things inside such as broken drawer in fridge and a broken drawer in the bathroom but that’s expected with a rental. That would definitely NOT deter me from staying here again. We plan on doing an annual family trip here.

Stayed Jul 21, 2024House was nice and really well stocked. They had a nice beach wagon and kids kayak that we really enjoyed using. At low tide, water gets super low and my kids had a blast catching shrimp. We were there during the week in the summer and we could only see one other family on the beach about 200 yards from us. Property manager was very responsive to any questions we had.

Stayed May 24, 2024Location was excellent, literally across from the beach! Nice open concept living space, spacious rooms with ample sleeping areas, even office space if needed! On point on communication, as well I would not only recommend this listing, but would definitely book here again!

Stayed Mar 16, 2024The property was as advertised. The fact that we could walk right across the road to the beach was a big plus. Terri, the property manager, was very prompt to respond with any questions I had. There was an issue with the garbage disposal but it was fixed within a reasonable time. Will definitely plan to stay there again!
