Cleanliness and accessibility. No stairs, yeah! Also good fenced area for a dog; one block from the beach!

Creole Beach Cottage is just perfect! The owners have thought of everything you could ever need. The large yard is great for dogs and children. The beach is just a pleasant, SHORT walk away! We will definitely stay here again.

Adorable house, clean, quiet and just as described. The host was very welcoming and it was steps to the water. We had everything we needed to have a nice Christmas.

The property was great, and the location can't be beat: 0.1 miles down the road to a beach. In September the beach was so deserted that it practically felt like a private beach! The hosts were a joy to work with. We will definitely come back next year!

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. This house is very welcoming and cozy. They even had the cutest little basket of goodies for us and everything you could need for a wonderful stay. Great location and very welcoming neighborhood.

The property was perfect for a little weekend get away. My gf and I came in from NOLA to get out of the city for her bday. While the trip was planned for a while, we failed pretty bad at packing. Thankfully there were quite a few beach amenities on site that came in handy. The owners make a custom combo to get into the front door that made it very easy to remember. The location was great if you want to walk to the beach, we easily made the trip multiple times throughout the stay. All in all, we will be contacting the Creola Cottage again if we intend to stay in Waveland.

We had a wonderful weekend at Creola! It’s a block from the beach which is so convenient when bringing young children. The kitchen has everything you need and some things that you forgot to bring! There is also a big fenced-in back yard if your dogs come along.

We had a lovely time and a great stay. It is walking distance to the beach. We enjoyed having our dogs with us.

This home was better than advertised and the owners have thought of all the extras you might need from items for the beach including aloe in case you get burned to well stocked kitchen. It's a dog friendly place and the yard is bigger than anticipated. Short walk to the beach and you can see from the house. We loved it and would definitely stay here again

The property was clean, comfortable, with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths being an additional plus. About a (short) block from the beach. Brought our two Scottish Terriers and they loved it--enjoyed walking on the beach, but there was also a well-enclosed backyard so that they could easily use the facilities when needed (mostly just early morning and right before bedtime). It was a pleasure to work with our hosts--most gracious and concerned about our needs. Look forward to a return visit hopefully soon.

We just loved Creola Cottage for so many reasons. It's comfortable and cozy; extremely clean; comfortable beds and linens; kitchen well stocked; warm showers to name a few. The natural light in the cottage is gorgeous. Our dog loved the fenced yard. Ceiling fans were clean which is not common in other homes. The neighborhood is so quiet, it makes you want to whisper. Short walk to the beach. Aldi's is in Slidell; Walmart in Bay STL. Kathy and MIke were wonderful hosts. We highly recommend this cottage and hope to return next year. The only negative was that the dryer was super loud and the ceiling light in the primary bedroom should be brighter for safety. A grab bar to get out of the shower would also be helpful. Our stay was perfect! Thanks for sharing your home.

This home had everything we needed and a bonus basket of goodies upon arrival! Very easy check in as owner was on the ball with an email greeting before arrival with check in procedure. Walking distance to the clean beach with morning sunshine to enjoy on the porch with your coffee and breakfast looking at the beautiful gulf waves and the full moon nights were amazing! Quiet neighborhood. Photos online are very accurate and the fenced in large back yard is perfect for a family with littles and small dogs. Definitely recommending to others! This was an Awsome place perfect in every way. There was not one thing that was needed it had everything . Clean, close to beach, close to town, everyone said they slept so good. It was nice to get to meet Kathy, she took the time out to greet us when we arrived. Can’t wait to go again. Hope it’s available when we do.
