Watts Bar Lake Escape: Private Boat Dock + Ramp!

It is located on the water with a great view, especially of the morning sunrise.

Our family rented this location for some off-season lakeside beauty for Thanksgiving week. Blown away is in understatement! The home is absolutely immaculate, fully stocked with everything you would need, it was such a blessing that all we needed to bring with us is our clothing and to stop at the local market for the groceries! Waking up every morning to a breathtaking sunrise, drinking coffee with my husband on the deck while listening to the early morning ducks was absolute bliss... the kids laughing and dancing around the firepit in the evening was perfect. We even squeezed in a trip over statelines to the famous Georgia Aquarium!! 3 hour drive from the listing and worth every penny! This experience and listing was perfect for put family getaway and we will absolutely come back! Thank you for having us!! Happy Thanksgiving

The house and grounds exactly as advertised. Family of 4 generations. Really needed one more bedroom, but sleeping bags worked for the kids. The lake was perfect for swimming and all the boating activities.Wonderful vacation and will certainly try to return next year.

Seven of us got together for my 50th this year and we all had a fantastic time! This was my and my husband’s 4th stay at “Watts Bar Lake Escape” and we are never disappointed. From the cleanliness of the house, to the well equipped kitchen, to the kayaks - everything is well taken care of. Brian and Nancy are so easy to communicate with & they truly go the extra mile to make their home feel like your home. I have no doubt we will be back again!

One of the most peaceful vacation spots we’ve had. We had a couple minor issues and the property manager was on top of it, calling to make sure things were fixed and that we were happy! Wonderful place, personal customer service, and just an overall great experience!! We will most definitely be back!

This property was fantastic! Very peaceful and quiet. The boat ramp and dock were so convenient. The house had everything we could have wanted and more. My kids had so much fun, so many things to do; kayaks, cornhole, games, movies, etc. They really enjoyed the ping pong and foosball tables. They loved swimming off of the dock as well. The beds were super comfortable and everything was very clean. There were plenty of towels, dishes, pots and pans, and everything we needed. The owners definitely want their guests to enjoy their stay and it shows by how well the outfit the property. I look forward to staying here again!

Brian the mgr was outstanding! The house was immaculate. Sandy does a great job preparing the house for guests. House was comfortable. Only complaint the twin bed’s mattress were too soft. My sons were not able to sleep on them so they slept on couches. The weather and fishing was not good.

This was exactly what we were looking for. We do our guys annual fishing trip every year and this place had everything we needed and more. Host was great and made sure we had everything and kept in touch throughout the trip. Dock had electrical outlets so we could charge our boats and lights. Having your own boat ramp was a huge plus. I highly recommend this rental for any family or friends just wanting to have a relaxing and chill stay.

Seeing the sunrise on the lake was beautiful and my husband liked the easy access to the lake for fishing and putting his kayak in

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the house. It had everything you would typically forget to pick up from the store already stocked at the home. The host is a dream to work with he was kind and accommodating. We plan to return again soon!

We loved the house very spacious and well equipped..... the view in front of the lake very relaxing the surrounding the neighborhood we always felt safe and not having to carry our kayaks/board because the house has them was excellent , we will definitely come back.

The house was an amazing choice for our family! We are a family of six, with four children 14 and under. So much space to be enjoyed, without feeling like we were on top of one another. Everything about this property, inside and out was amazing.

This was a great vacation home. They had everything we needed to spend some quality time with family at the lake. House was clean, beds were comfortable with the exception of the 2 twins, mattresses were a little soft for our liking. There were plenty of other places to sleep. Owner even repaired a kayak while we were there so we could enjoy it.

Lovely property with great lake access and Lake views! It was great to relax for a weekend away.
