Stayed May 29, 2026We had a great stay at Charles's place. The property was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The location was convenient and offered excellent access to the water, which made it easy to enjoy some decent fishing during our trip. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay, and we would gladly recommend it to others looking for a relaxing getaway. Thanks, Charles, for being a great host!

Stayed Apr 4, 2026Was very nice inside with newer appliances and nice little touches. Was perfect for what we were looking for with a little floating dock that we got bait off from before we went out on charter boat. Charles was quick to respond to any question we asked thanks charles

Stayed Mar 7, 2026My husband and I spent a wonderful week in this charming house. The house is very clean and has a wonderful enclosed patio which is a great place to work or just sit and enjoy the sun set. We had a crane come visit us every morning and evening. The owner responded very quickly to any questions we had. Everything about the house was exactly as advertised. We would definitely return again and would recommend it to anyone else headed to Florida.
