Stayed Jun 7, 2025Unfortunately, due to prolonged construction on the property, uncooperative weather and contractor difficulties, we were not able to stay at the property.However, the host found us a lovely alternative property in the same area that was owned by friends. Both our original host as well as the replacement were very communicative with us and made the entire transition very easy and seamless.So, although I can not review the property, I can say the host was a pleasure to work with and went out of her way to provide outstanding service.Maybe another year!

Stayed Sep 29, 2024We had a wonderful 5 nights at the lake house. The house was very comfortable and well-stocked, perfect for 2 couples. We were very lucky with the weather for October—it was warm enough to enjoy the balconies and dock. The owners were responsive and helpful, and we enjoyed the bottle of wine they left for us. A perfect, relaxing experience !

Stayed Sep 6, 2024We had a wonderful time at Watersedge Retreat! It was our first trip to Lake George and it did not disappoint. The lake and surrounding mountains and hills are absolutely beautiful. The house was perfect for us…right on the water with great balconies overlooking the lake. Paul was so friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for some lake time!

Stayed Aug 3, 2024Everything about our stay was wonderful. The communication with our hosts Paul and Debra was timely and helpful. We were able to easily dock our boat (the launch is less than 5 minutes away). The home was well appointed and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals at home. And the views… beautiful sunsets and star gazing at night. We can’t wait to spend time here again. Thank you for sharing your lake home with us!

Stayed Jun 14, 2024We had an amazing stay at the Watersedge Retreat! The house is right on the lake, with 3 floors of incredible views! All of the fun features such as the private dock, kayaks, gas grill, and fire pit made our early summer stay that much better. Communication by owners was excellent. Would definitely rent again.
