What a wonderful time we had! Allison was great to interact with, very responsive. The house has a beautiful open floor plan. No cramped feeling whatsoever. We would definitely plan on staying here again should the need arise.

House was exactly as described and super clean. Host was quick to reply to questions. Very spacious for our family of 4.

We came to participate in the Fort Ticonderoga 250th events.The house is spacious and has everything you need. There are many comfy seating options, and plenty of cozy blankets for chilly spring evenings.The kitchen was well supplied and I loved the spice rack, it helped finish off the meal we prepared.Thank you for a lovely stay.

Only recommendations would be a little more living room seating and maybe some USB charging ports on the bedside tables. The lighting in the living room was a little sparse too. But we loved it otherwise. Very clean, exactly as described. Lovely location.

Everything was as described and we felt right at home. The house was clean and fresh. We had no problem accessing the house during check-in. Location was easy to access but given the overall rural nature of the entire area, you would definitely still need a car . It will be the first place we look to stay on a return trip! Thank-you.

Easy check in process, clean and beautiful house

Allison was awesome. Hands-on, informative, and obliging. Home was exceptionally clean, especially linens. We couldn't see the lake, but the home was minutes to downtown shops, restaurants, and wedding venue. Overall a great stay!

If you are a wedding guest looking for a base-of-operations before you attend a wedding at the Barn at Lord Howe Valley, look no further! This home is spacious, clean, and well appointed with all the household comforts you're looking for in a Vrbo. This home is conveniently located just a quick 7-minute drive from the venue and even closer to downtown! Allison was very helpful and accommodating, even before our stay began! The Welcome Book she provided was very helpful and provided thorough walkthroughs of the check-in and check-out processes. Our group had (4) guests and there was plenty of room for all of us. If you are a larger group or planning to go to the lakes (the home is in a field, so not immediately next to a beach), I would recommend packing a few extra towels with you as there were just enough provided that we didn't need to worry about doing laundry during our stay. But even then, no worries with the washer/dryer on site! Overall, a great place to stay and would recommend for future guests! Thanks again, Allison!
