Our stunning family lake house is nestled at the shores of Sylvan Lake, Alberta. This picturesque destination is known for its spectacular natural beauty and vibrant community.

Just a short drive from major cities like Red Deer, Edmonton, and Calgary, Sylvan Lake offers nature lovers and adventure seekers the perfect getaway. The area's crown jewel is its crystal-clear lake, stretching over 15 kilometers and ideal for various water activities, including boating, swimming, paddleboarding, and fishing.

The town of Sylvan Lake is equally inviting, with its charming boardwalk lined with cozy cafes, local boutiques, and restaurants offering a mix of casual dining and gourmet experiences. The beach comes alive in the summer with festivals, live music, and outdoor events, creating a fun, family-friendly atmosphere. You can enjoy the Aqua Splash waterpark, take scenic walks along the lakeshore, or unwind at the local golf courses.

CHILDREN-FRIENDLY ACCOMMODATION
We have done our best to add some baby-proofing to protect our kids and yours. Please inspect baby gates, outlet covers, and corner pads to ensure they are in working order. Never leave children unsupervised.

MOBILITY RESTRICTIONS
There are two long sets of stairs, guests with mobility issues may want to consider booking elsewhere, sorry for the inconvenience!

CLEANING & SANITIZATION
The health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. We use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. For this reason, early check in might not be an option, but we'll do our best to accommodate any requests!

NO PETS ALLOWED
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable for accommodating them.

NO SMOKING
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning fees and potential lost income if the guest following you needs to be cancelled due to tobacco/marijuana odour. Smoking is only permitted on the lower patio.

NO PARTIES/EVENTS
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its good condition for future guests, and your future visits. We have a strict 6 guest policy, exceeding this number could jeopardize our ability to host.

SECURITY
The home is in a locked compound, however there is a public walk through to get to the lake. There is an outdoor security camera to protect against theft and vandalism from passerby's. (Please note, camera footage is only reviewed if necessary after incident, or if someone presses the call button on the doorbell).

I.D MAY BE REQUIRED/MUST BE 25+ TO BOOK
Guests with limited VRBO history may be asked to provide I.D. Guests must be 25+ to book.

RENTAL CONTRACT
All guests are required to sign a basic rental agreement, stating the provisions listed above.
