The Space:

Relaxing on the waterfront viewing deck by the fire pit, watching the sunset with a drink in hand will elevate your holiday experience to level of relaxation only achieved by such a memorable location. The home has a complementary feeling of relaxation all whilst bringing the view into your daily routine and living space. The house is equipped with everything you may require for your coastal escape and provides you with the perfect location for you and your guests to unwind. You can fish from the terraced waterfront platform, spend the nights watching the stars around the firepit. Water’s Edge is the perfect place for your South Coast Escape.



The Neighborhood:

Water's Edge boasts one of the most unique locations in Culburra Beach. Overlooking Curley’s Bay and only minutes’ walk from Culburra Beach. With the river at your doorstep and the ocean only steps away you can’t get a better location.

Water's Edge is also within walking distance of great coffee and dining.

Culburra is also so close to some of the South Coast's more renowned attractions. There are endless options for day trips, from the white sands of Jervis Bay to the many wineries of the region the possibilities for your stay are endless.



We live in a residential neighborhood, and we like to respect our Neighbours and ensure that we comply with the New South Wales regulations. We have a strict 10pm noise restrictions and we also have noise monitors in the house.



Getting Around:

Most attractions in Culburra are within walking distance however, a car is recommended for transport to, from and around the area.



Other Things to Note:

Please be advised that residential construction is taking place on the neighbouring waterfront property. Work will be conducted Monday through Friday, with no construction activities occurring on weekends.



NOISE POLICY:

We want you to enjoy your stay! Just a reminder that we use noise monitors to maintain a peaceful environment. We kindly ask outdoor music must stop or move inside by 9:30 PM with all doors and windows closed. All music inside and out must be completely off by 10:00 PM. Live bands and external sound setups are never permitted at any time.
