Waterfront/Heated Pool/Foosball/Mins 2 Beach

The house is very good. It was clean, spacious, and the location is great. There was more than enough room for our party of 8. The walk to the beach is easy and there are restaurants within walking distance along with a great ice cream shop.The issue, however, is with the management company. When we arrived at the house, the pool was extremely cold and the water coming out of the jets was cold. I texted the management company and they asked me to check a few things and text them back, which I did. They sent someone out while we were out to dinner and when I checked the next morning, the water coming from the jets was warm. They told me the issue was that the filter was clogged but it was now fixed.However, the next day the pool was back to being cold and the jets were cold as well. I texted again and was asked to help troubleshoot again. However, we were out for the day which made it impossible. No one came out and the pool remained cold. Ultimately, we never got a warm pool.The other issue was with the BBQ. The built-in BBQ was being repaired so there was a standard, stand-alone grill, which was fine. However, when we tried to use it on New Year’s Eve, it was woefully inadequate. We ended up having to use the oven. We paid over 6k to stay at this house for 5 days. It’s shocking that the management company was so inadequate. To put the burden of helping fix issues on vacationers instead of taking ownership and fixing them ASAP is not the way to run a high-end rental.

Large house with plenty of space for our party of 10! Heated pool, game room and only a 5 minute walk to the public beach. Lots of shopping, restaurants and a grocery store nearby, yet the house was tucked away on a side street so it was very peaceful and quiet. We only hit one snag during our trip-the pool heater froze up when we first got there so it was a bit cold for a swim-but we made a quick phone call to the property management company and they had it fixed and fully heated that night! Wonderful service and loved the accommodations, would definitely recommend booking with them!

We had an incredible time at On the Rocks located in beautiful Indian Rocks Beach. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and detailed which was fantastic. The location could not be beat...we walked everywhere and loved walking the quiet neighborhood to see all the Christmas lights and talking with the local neighbors. Being on the water with a dock was perfect for our daily fishing adventures. The house was clean, cozy, and comfortable, with a wonderfully stocked kitchen and plenty of space for our family Christmas gathering. We already miss it and wish we didn't have to leave but we can't wait to come back and would recommend this home to anyone looking for a wonderful, seamless experience. Stayed at this lovely home for thanksgiving. Had everything we needed, close to restaurants, beach, bars, couldn’t have worked out better!! The beach was wonderful as well. Very walkable to house. My daughter goes to University of Tampa and the drive was very easy for her to join us and to go into Tampa for the day to explore.

Good stay overall, pool was not heated after requesting it to be heated.

We enjoyed our stay at the on the Rocks The place as advertised, plenty of room for our family. The place was clean well organized. Plenty pans plates to make your own dinner. Outside is well kept, the pool heater is a great addition on cooler months. The host is very helpful, quick response to any questions. Highly recommend.

Had a great time at this property! Plenty of room for 11 of us. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Communication with the owner/ property manager was excellent. We had an issue with the coffee maker, and a new one arrived in no time at all. We would definitely stay here again!!

The host’s communication was exceptional. The properties outdoor kitchen could use an update. The pool was great and the short walk to Indian Rocks Beach was a real bonus. All in all, the family was very pleased with our stay.

This is a great home to being with family, friends and kids. We enjoyed very much. It's a wonderful quite neighborhood. Beach very close and the house is exactly as the photo.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The house was big, beautiful, and spotless when we arrived. Check-in was smooth and easy, and Alan was a wonderful, responsive host who made sure we had everything we needed. Plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. Would absolutely stay here again!

Our family had a great time! The house is clean, comfortable and spacious. Location is great for the beach, water park & restaurants. We had one problem & they responded immediately and it was resolved in a couple of hours which was awesome.

The family loved staying here the pool was great kitchen fully staffed all rooms comfortable with abundance of linens and bath towels. Very nice area quiet family residents with close services.

Our family of 10 loved our stay. Home was spacious and had everything we needed. It would have been perfect if there was another full bathroom, but we made it work. A short walk to the beach, restaurants, bakery and an ice cream shop. Really enjoyed walking back to the beach everyday to watch the sunset. Alan and his team was great! Will definitely stay here again!

Well appointed large family home on canal within a short walk to several bar/restaurants, ice cream and coffee shops and the beach. Property manager Alan was very attentive to our questions and requests, so much so that we have rented with him again in 2026!

This home was great! Very spacious, lots of room to stretch out, clean and in a nice area. Enjoyed both the pool and dock for boating purposes. Restaurants and grocery store close by. Alan was responsive and very helpful with a few initial questions upon arrival. Would definitely recommend this home, as we had a very enjoyable time!

We stayed two weeks in this beautiful, immaculate house. The decor was very inviting, the beds were extremely comfortable, everything we needed was provided. The rest of our family joined us our second week. There was plenty of room for all 11 of us in this spacious home. We were within walking distance of the beach and many restaurants and amenities. Alan was always very prompt at getting back to me if I had any questions. We all had a fantastic vacation!

We stayed here for the holiday weekend to go fishing. The house was clean and spacious. It had. Great porch to relax in. Check in was easy.

This home was selected for our short staycation before schools started because of the outdoor set up. The pool area was green with algae under the stairs, weeds between pavers, the outdoor kitchen area was dirty, the grill hasn’t been cleaned for a while, so therefore not a very inviting area.
