Our only struggle was leaving this house to explore the the many incredibly surrounding areas. I highly recommend Two Brothers sail Charters for a fabulous private sailing experience on Grand Traverse Bay. We thoroughly enjoyed brunch at Sisters and great Latin food at Red Mesa Grill just to name a few of the many great restaurants. Hiking choices are unlimited. Two weeks is not nearly long enough!!

Awesome lake to chill out and relax. Enjoyed some kayaking and fishing. Lots of time just setting and enjoying view. House had plenty of room for 12 of us .

Thankyou so much owners for your perfect, good vibes home, couldnt love it more. And I use Visit Up North essentially full time, so yes, I love this company as well.:) This house is ideal for larger well behaved groups. Its in city-close proximity to neighbors, albeit private, and it has so many nooks and crannies for every guest to have their own space when needed. Everything is in perfect order, as it should be,there is a nearby trail at the end of street, epic lake views in the house, so airy and uplifting inside, egg jacuzzi (yes!) just a lovely well-kept home near town, perfect for families. 3 Thanks again, hope to be back (maybe soon.) 3 3 3 LW

Our first grandchild was born in Traverse City 2 days before our arrival and we had a perfect home base to entertain out of town family as well as the new mom, dad, and baby. The house was very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space and gorgeous views. It was so hard to leave!

House was large enough to handle the 12 people we had for one night and smaller group for rest of stay. House was clean, well stocked and great location on the lake. Enjoyed many fires and sunsets from back yard. Had a few minor repair items I gave to management company and they responded promptly. I loved the experience and would recommend them as quality location

Reviewer Comments: Almost don't want to write this review to keep Silver Lake a secret but the property was great, the lake was incredibly serene and peaceful even over the 4th of July, very swimmable. Only callout I would make is that the hoist is not for renter use, as that was a big misconception that was not made clear when renting the property.
