Stayed Jul 15, 2023The listing and pictures did not do this place justice. The view from the dock is magnificent. The dock itself is very spacious. We pulled some Muskoka chairs onto it to better enjoy the view. The whole area is sand so getting in & out of the water was very easy. It is great for swimming - shallow area plus VERY deep off the dock. The river is great for paddling - quiet with wonderful views around every corner. The cottage and kitchen were spotless and we had a bottle of wine waiting for us. There was water included as well. It is very accessible inside and to the water as well. The deck is also a wonderful place to sit and watch the birds. The covered area with the table under it was perfect as we had some rain but still managed to enjoy being and eating outside.
