Waterfront Wonder, 2 Bedroom w/efficiency and 2 Kitchens and Patio by the water

Excellent vacation home that checked all of our boxes for a family of 5. We stayed down in PCB for a baseball World Series and it was a cozy getaway from all the ballpark noise. Beautiful neighborhood and great price!!!

This property was a great getaway for my group of friends. It is a close walk to the beach, very close to some great restaurants that were a walkable distance, and a very nice home to stay in. The host offers his support for any problem you may have so I highly recommend this location.

The townhouse was great! The place has everything you need for a couple of days stay. Very clean and well kept. It will not disappoint. However the only small complaint is that the bed had a tendency to make a noise when getting in and out of it nothing major just needs to be looked at for future guest. Great location great accessibility to the beach.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The back patio is amazing. Loved the pond with lights, super relaxing. It can be a little loud, bc it is right next to the race track, but overall we loved it. The host was super friendly.

This condo was better than the photos. Very private back patio overlooking the lagoon was our favorite spot for coffee and drinks at night. It is close to the beach, so many great restaurants within walking distance. We had a glitch with the wifi, texted Dave and he got right on it. We definitely reccomend and will be back next year.

Beautiful property and the host was super easy to work with and great with communication. The property is in a great location and made our trip so much easier!

Very clean rental very comfortable bed and couch to sit on and watch their nice large TVs. It could not have been a better stay. Also, it’s a lot quieter at the end of the beach.

This place was great! Nice and close to almost anything in PCB. The property was just as listed. Only a couple blocks to walk to the beach.

The property was perfect for a group of friends down to the area for a fishing trip.

The property was very clean. Great location. The downstairs unit is just a beautiful as the upstairs unit. Would be ideal for two couples to stay.

The property was perfect for my week in PCB.It was comfortable, clean and well supplied.We experienced no problems. I would definitely use the property again should we return to PCB.

Had a great vacation with family and staying at this property was fantastic! The location was close to many attractions and very close to the beaches. The house was perfect for two families or for those who have older family/friends or a handicap person. The downstairs space is ideal. It’s also great for friends who want to have a getaway but have their own space. Highly recommended

came for a week for spring break with some friends. place was so spacious and clean. great location and around so many things to do. property owner was very nice and helpful. check-in and check out was super easy. definitely recommend staying here, it was well worth the price!

The property is just as it's shown in the pictures. The location is great, within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Response from the owner was fast and that garden tub is everything. This was a much needed trip and the accommodations were great.

We really enjoyed the property it was just as described. Close drive to pier park and frank brown field where we spent most of our time. Close to beadh wws also great.. overall 5 stars
