Waterfront with Dock on Private Half-acre with Hot tub and Pool

This has been one of the best kept up properties we have ever stayed at! Debbie was a phenomenal host! Couldn’t have asked for better communication! Our group loved this place and hope to stay here again!!

The only reason I gave this home a 5 star rating is because it didn't offer 10! I stayed in a continuous state of amazement of how Debbie and Tony had taken into consideration every small detail to ensure that our stay was perfect. The house had beautiful furniture, TV's in all rooms, a kitchen that was stocked with items other hosts do not think of. There were grab bars in the bathrooms and showers to ensure safety for guests of all ages! The patio had a built in BBQ and a mini fridge to enjoy while in the heated pool, jacuzzi, while playing pool or darts. The neighbors were fantastic and welcoming. This has been the best rental I have ever booked and I plan on making this my go to home!. Thank you Debbie and Tony for a wonderful and relaxing time. You are amazing hosts!!!

The house was comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub and the pool.

My family of 4, as well as 2 grandmothers and 2 of the kids friends spent a week in this beautiful home. The property is GORGEOUS! We visited the beach 2 days and went to St. Augustine 1 day, but most of our time we spent by the pool and in the outdoor entertainment area. We could have spent the whole 7 days right there on Beachway Dr and been satisfied. Both kids liked it better than our usual beach condo! The house has everything you need to enjoy your stay, even down to beach equipment when needed. The kids (ages 11 and 18) enjoyed swimming, playing pool, fishing and the hot tub. Best of all, Debbie was just a text away anytime we had a question. She even went so far to send us a gift card for their favorite Italian spot after a minor inconvenience of the Keurig not working. And contacted me immediately when we left something behind that the cleaning crew found. Communication was EXCELLENT! We will certainly be back to visit!

This was a fantastic property to vacation at with a large group, especially with kids. The kitchen had everything you need to feed a large group. The pool was very large and private. The hot tub was huge and the pool table in between was great. If it rained and thundered in the afternoon as happens in Florida the kids and adults still had a place to go outside for fun since it is all covered. There were plenty of towels for pool and bathrooms and everything was clean and well maintained. Convenient to grocery stores and plenty of restaurants.

This was a perfect little getaway for our family. Peaceful and tranquil home with amazing outdoor living space along with a little bit of nature. Wildlife was beautiful to see while enjoying the amazing outdoor living space. Pool, hot tub, pool table, dart board, large grill, fridge, eating area, hang out space and tv along with a good amount of shade make it the perfect place to spend all day and night! Home is tastefully decorated in a neutral color pallet. Kitchen has everything you need for nice family dinners and plenty of storage for all your families needs. All bedrooms are roomy with extremely comfortable beds and bedding. Plenty of pool towels and beach accessories to spend a wonderful day at the beach. Nice selection of board games for when you need a little break from outdoors or for a rainy day. Homeowners are a pleasure to work with and will do their best to accommodate your needs including early check in and late check out! If your looking for the perfect vacation spot away from the hustle and bustle of the city but a place convenient and close enough to visit all the local beaches and historical attractions of St.Augustine this little gem is the perfect place!
