Palm Coast Luxury | Pool, Spa, Elevator, and Views

Our family enjoyed the beautiful spacious home. Easy access. The home was clean. Plenty of room to spread out. The nice size pool was a big hit. The beach was a short walk, the home has beach chairs and other items for the beach and a beach wagon for easy transporting. There are pool towels. Home is in a quiet area with low traffic. The property manager communicate promptly. I highly recommend this rental and will definitely return.

Our three generation family enjoyed our second vacation in this beautiful, spacious house, just a short walk from the beach. The private pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all. Having Publix just minutes away was another plus. The week just passed too quickly!

We had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful home. The house was clean and stocked with everything we could possibly need. The pool was enjoyed by all and the proximity to the beach was ideal. The mattresses and linens were super comfortable. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves and we would definitely stay here again.

Overall the house was perfect for a family of 11 with 5 children. View of the ocean was a nice surprise. Enjoyed the pool and the beach daily. There were a few issues but the host addressed them quickly. The area was quiet and relaxing.

The house was clean and just as it was shown in the VRBO site. It has a great pool that the family enjoyed and the beach was just a short walk away. Highly recommend.

This was an amazing property. Extremely well kept up and furnished with quality furniture and kitchen equipment. We loved the 2 living areas. It isn't easy to find a home with an elevator and I was pleased to have found this home. Steps from a beautiful beach in a quiet neighborhood. Close to St. Augustine for a day trip. It is, actually, the best VRBO in which I've stayed. Compliments to Alina, the property manager, for being prompt answering any questions that arose.

Great home for our group of senior friends. Had everything we needed and close to beach and St Augustine adventures. Elevator was ver helpful also.

The property was amazing. The team communicated very well with us throughout the trip. The location was perfect for beach access. We had a great time and would definitely visit again.

The house was incredible. Three beautiful floors, each different with something special on each floor. Pool/sauna worked great. Only downside is the pool doesn't get much sun but on a hot day, that would be great. Enough seating around the yard to catch some rays. Whenever I contacted the property manager, I received immediate responses even if it was late in the evening. Any questions/issues were taken care of immediately. Would definately rent this property again.

It was a wonderful location…. From the house to the beach. We fell in love with Palm Coast and plan to return. The only hiccup was that our elevator did stop working and I reached out for help with that but never received a response. Maybe I had the wrong number?

The house was fantastic. On a quiet street with an easy walk to beach with 4 kids and 2 teenagers. Everyone had their own space and between the pool, hot tub and game room all ages were entertained. The house had a large number of beach/pool towels with a large washer and dryer we always had dry towels. Lunch on 1st floor and everything needed for dinner on 3rd floor. Everyone had a great time.

Very clean, very convenient to Publix grocery store. We used the elevator a lot because I’m in a wheelchair. Only suggestion would be to have a portable ramp to be used at the front door or garage entrance. To go onto the balcony you need crutches due to the extra height of the door frame. Beds were very comfortable for everyone, kitchen was well stocked with plates. Gas grill isn’t the best for grilling but works. Game room in the photos looks larger than it actually is but we didn’t use it. I would stay again, three families were very comfortable, having all king beds.

This was our second year staying at Villa Nautilus for our summer family vacation. The house is exactly as pictured and described and is a short walk from the beach. We appreciate the beach supplies available since many of us have to fly to get to Florida. There are ample beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, and a wagon all provided. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Having our own pool in the backyard is an added bonus. The house provides enough space so we all have our own space but can also gather together in the common areas. Communication with Alina is easy and she is always quick to respond if we have a question. We look forward to returning again in the future!

Beautiful views! Everything was clean and just as described! We enjoyed our stay and had a blast in the pool!

My wife and I had lived in Palm Coast for over 34years before retiring to the Mountains of North Carolina. We periodically come back for vacations. This year we had a family vacation of 12 and we really found the perfect place. Pool was fantastic and the walk to the beach was a short distance to see the sunrises. There was plenty of room for all of us and we weren't tripping over each other. They have everything that we needed. So many good restaurants around. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to all. Are heart will always be in Palm Coast. Thank You to Alina for a wonderful time.
