Waterfront Views at Dolphin Watch with Heated Pool

We absolutely love Dolphin Watch and return each summer with our family! It’s a great multi generation home, stocked well to cook at home and grill out, with plenty of entertaining space for hosting your guests! The pool- wow! You can rest on the edge in the pool and watch dolphins and manatees every day! Yachts go by that are fun to watch, kayaking (many kayaks and essentials for fun provided) to Jacks Island is the best! We can’t wait to return every June! Also close to many great restaurants such as Sola!

Our family of 8 adults stayed here for 6 days. The pictures don’t do it justice, the place is stunning. We take a family vacation every year and this one is by far the best one and we’ve had some great ones!The beds were so comfortable, great quality sheets. Bath towels and beach towels in abundance. Kitchen had so much more than we expected including spices and oils. The double oven was very convenient for our group.The pool and lounge area including the hot tub were lovely. We caught several species of fish from the dock — all catch and release. We brought fishing poles but there were 4 or 5 in the garage. We saw dolphins and manatees daily, along with a very friendly White Egret that we named Jon Snow who ate from our hands!We also used the kayaks (4) of them to paddle over to the little island. Our host, Steve, was a pleasure. He gave us several dining recommendations, all great!We can’t recommend this place enough, it was a wonderful vacation!

Family of eight for thanksgiving.Fabulous property.Views are spectacular from everywere So many separate areas in and outside to hang, easily held our group.House very well appointed and stockedName (Dolphin Watch) very appropriate, as we saw dolphins every day we were there.Pool, although a little on smaller side, was heated, clean, and in great shape. Although sauna is listed on site, we didnt realize how much we would enjoy it until we got to house.Highly recommend staying here.

We had our 5th annual family vacation at Dolphin Watch and it feels like home, best views!

Great vacation property! Close to everything...Publix, Walmart, CVS, restaurants, beaches. The view is spectacular and 180 off the back. Beautiful pool and jacuzzi with a sauna. The view from the master bedroom is mesmerizing and the covered spacious 2nd floor room off the master is perfect for night viewing with wine and cheese! The host was great and called us ahead of time to give me info and his cell to make sure we contact him if anything was needed. They supplied everything including shampoo, conditioner and body soap and all the accouterments for the bathrooms. The only thing needed was to get your own groceries. It's just a fantastic home and we had a great vacation. 10 stars and who highly recommend it to anyone who wants an unforgettable vacation home!!

This was the perfect size house for my family of 5, to stay in while attending our daughters graduation from Eckerd College. We especially loved the pool, the pool table and lounging in the upstairs tv room and watching the sun set on the large master bedroom patio. We were delighted by the daily sightings of dolphins and enjoyed our visits from the friendly herons who just wanted to hang by the pool.

The house was great for a large family. Nice to have a dock that we could park the boat at.

Incredible property, easy check in, beautiful views and so relaxing!! The daily visits from 3 dolphins were so exciting!! We even saw manatees!! Can’t wait to visit again!!
