Waterfront & View-Near Seattle on Lake Sammamish in Bellevue

We had a great stay here! Lisa was easy to communicate with and the house was as pictured. We cooked/grilled and had everything we needed. Driveway was the only difficult thing to navigate as you had to drive to the bottom, turn around, go halfway back up and then carefully back into the gravel. I had a van so it would bottom out if I angled it wrong. The location was so nice and was close to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed hiking in the park across the street--nice and cool and had a waterfall. We were there in spring so we didn't get to use the dock but the view from the deck is great. We would stay here again!

We had a wonderful time at this very scenic rental on Lake Sammamish. The lake view was awesome. The location was peaceful and quiet. It was very clean and beautifully decorated.

Wonderful layout of house and it has EVERYTHING you need. Host is so responsive.

The view was awesome. Lots of room/space. Large tv’s, comfy beds and pillows, soft large towels, lamps where needed. 2 sitting rooms. Nice location.

The host was great !!!! She made sure everything was good for us. And she communicated quickly which was a plus!!!

This was the best rental experience!The house was so cool and Lisa made sure we always had whatever we needed.The view was sensational with sun rises that were bursting with color!The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and cook outside on the grill in the evenings.Out of 5 stars, I would give this rental a 10

Beautiful neighborhood . House was clean and a good set up for our girls weekend . Views are amazing and house has 2 living areas with beautiful views. Lisa was very helpful regarding all of our questions and worked hard to provide us with answers and suggestions. Lisa thanks for a wonderful stay

The beds are in need of new mattresses. Front door handle is loose and had to screw latch mechanism back into door before it would lock. Showers were great. Would suggest adding a pair of scissors in kitchen equipment. View was wonderful.

Absolutely beautiful! Eagles were flying between nests, diving for fish and playing between branches. Wonderful trail walking right down the street. Great history of the house.

My family (dad and adult sisters) had such a great time staying at this double A-frame house. 4 adults had plenty of space, and with bedrooms on both sides of the house, we didn't feel on top of each other. Everything was clean and well stocked, from the kitchen to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The lakefront views are absolutely stunning! Make sure you walk down to the lake at sunrise and at sunset, you won't regret it. This house is minutes from restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping, but the lush green trees and canopies make you feel as if you are not anywhere near the city. Driveway is a little intimidating at first, as it is steep, but is easy to navigate after the first time. Just enjoy the ride and the views. The host was awesome! I can't say enough good things about Lisa! She was responsive, easy to reach, and gave us some great ideas for things to do nearby. Overall, this is great place to stay and I would highly recommend it to anyone considering a stay in East Bellevue. This property is worth it and Lake Sammamish is a beautiful spot!

We had a great time making memories at the cabin this weekend. This is a beautiful, oversized and pet-friendly cabin so close to downtown Seattle, with gorgeous views, a waterfront and a large outdoor deck to enjoy the summer weather or entertain with friends. The house has everything you could think of/need, especially for a larger group or mixed family getaway. Overall, we had a lovely time and look forwarding to another return! A few learnings from our stay for future visitors: there is a private trek (via a steep big hill) from the house to the waterfront, which may be helpful to know for those bringing little ones or pets that may need more frequent outdoor breaks. At the waterfront, the only way into the water is via the ladder. This property does not have steps or a ramp for easy access from the land/pier to the shore. Lastly, water shoes are a good idea to pack. The shoreline is pebbly. There's a convenience store up the road from the house, and a grocery store less than 5 minutes away.

The check in was very easy. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean and stocked.

Location of this home was key for our family & it did not disappoint. The view is beyond peaceful, also entertaining with the seaplanes coming and going, bald eagles flying by and lots of wake boarders.The driveway is as stated and not for the faint of heart, however my husband said “no sweat”! Enjoyed family meals at home, sitting by the fire pit and swimming from the dock.Lisa was very helpful and informative, we would not hesitate to stay again.

I love everything about this home. Beautiful views from one end to the other. Very very clean and cozy . We loved all the white bedding and white bath towels. I specifically look for white bedding. They had everything we needed and more. We will ABSOLUTELY be staying again. Some mention hairy driveway.. yes but no way a deal breaker. My 21 yr old niece did it like a pro it’s just steep but if u follow the directions and go all the way down and come up and back in your solid. Very fun stay. Thank you !!!!

Lisa communicated promptly and thoroughly to make check in/out and everything in between smooth for our trip. The listing accurately describes the property and any potential accessibility issues you may encounter with the steep driveway and parking situation. We didn't experience any issues at all and Lisa made herself available for anything we needed. We will definitely consider staying again the next time we're in the area.

This is a cute property and house the driveway is tricky but other then thats theres plenty of room. They provide extra blankets and towels, very nice place to stay close drive to lumen field.

Very clean and Charming. Host had it decorated for the holiday and was very sweet. View is beautiful and stay was comfy, everything you could want. Host was great with communicating and meeting our needs. Well stocked with all that is needed, made for a great stay.

Comfortable house on the lake for spending quality time with family. Easily access Bellvue, Redmond, Seattle, Snoqualmie falls.

Very nice - great view, great accommodations. It's clear that the owner has put a lot of effort into making it welcoming. Only drawback is unavoidable. The driveway is a white-knuckler the first time you try it. Maybe even the 2nd or 3rd, but we were able to make 2 SUVs fit

Awesome trip

Here for a family wedding! The house was perfect. 4 adults with plenty of space so we weren’t on top of each other. The views of the lake were spectacular wish I could post pics of the gorgeous sunrises❤️ Host very responsive to any questions or issues that came up 10/10

Nice and clean place to stay

My family came together for my parents memorial and this was a WONDERFUL place to be. So peaceful with the views from every room. Lisa is amazing, responsive, kind and has provided a great place to settle into. My Kids are still talking about how much they miss it! give it a go you will fall in love with the peace!

Absolutely loved this cottage by the lake! Perfect location, convenient to everything, lovely home with a gorgeous view of the lake. We wouldn't hesitate to come back again.

Master bed was unstable, prone to sagging and groaning. Furnace did not work; space heaters compensated somewhat. Parking/ driveway difficult and dangerous.

Our group stayed here for four nights, and our favorite thing was sitting out on the deck in the evening, looking out over the lake and enjoying the sunset. We were also pleased with how clean and well stocked the house was. More than just a weekend getaway.

We enjoyed our stay here. Kitchen was well stocked and all the rooms had an A/C unit. The driveway is tricky so be careful. We both dented our rental cars. Lisa was easy to talk to. Two of the three bedrooms are lofts.

This place was the perfect place for our Arizona and New Mexico family to come together and visit with our elderly father who lives in Bellevue and our family on Mercer Island. Great location, peaceful, beautiful views, comfy beds, cozy, yet room for privacy. My sister, brother, their spouses and I loved our stay! Thank you!

Great house that is as described in listing and pictures. Great view of the lake with a nice lake side area at bottom of the driveway. The driveway is very steep and can be difficult to get in and out of the parking area next to the house. House was very clean and well maintained. Highly recommend.

House is beautiful and well equipped. We had plenty of space and sleeping arrangements for teens/adults. We cooked most meals at the house and every kitchen utensils were present! The views from the home of the lake were incredible. The dock is a short walk down a very steep driveway, well worth it! The house was a special place to stay and the lake was amazing .
