Everything was fantastic. The house was very clean. I always appreciate it when towels and sheets are white, so you know they are clean, and there are pillow protectors on the pillows and mattress pads on the beds, and the towels are not thin, etc. All of the beds were comfortable and had nice comforters on them. The indoor fireplaces and the outside fire table were great additions. We would definitely go back.

Wonderful property! Well stocked and organized. Quality all the way around. Hosts were easy to communicate with. We arrived a little early and we were able to reach them and gain access.

This is a beautiful property with plenty of room. We come to Vashon every summer for an annual girls trip with our daughters. This was a great spot to spend our time on Vashon.

We so appreciate our time in the hospitable, well organized but laidback beachouse. My husband and I loved the water view and wildlife to be heard and seen, including big osprey, little brown creeper birds, and local seals. The nephews' favorite parts were the ice machine in the refrigerator door (!) and the new and longtime favorite games from the game closet. My brother in law made the most of the nice, big kitchen when he cooked some delicious gourmet dishes featuring meats and cheeses from Stella Mari's farm up the hill. It was delightful to have a choice of indoor and outdoor gathering spots, as well as the reading nook on the deck - my sister's favorite spot. The house was a great jumping-off spot for Festival, Raab's Lagoon, Judd Creek, all our favorite hikes, and the new Troll. I must also mention that the remote control window blinds throughout the house are wonderful to keep the house cool on hotter days, and to let you sleep in if that's what you like to do. I'm so happy to have been up for almost all of the spectacular sunrises. Thanks for the beautiful stay!

We looooved the location on the water and the huge picture windows with views of the water and brilliant sunsets. We loved Vashon Island. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with high-end items. We did tons of cooking so really appreciated this. The house felt spacious yet cozy. Every night we sat by the fire and talked. Other things to note: The house is a bit dated if that's important to you. It wasn't to us! I stayed in the double queen room with bathroom. The bathroom mirror is awkwardly placed on a side wall. The bedroom needs more lighting. One of the beds in that room was very comfortable but the other had a hard mattress. The water in that bathroom was warm but never got truly hot except once.However, these things were minor and we'd stay again in a heartbeat!!

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly! The owners have thought of everything. From the kitchen and closets all being labeled with any supply you could think to need. Extra touches of coffee, hot cocoa, spices, etc. We look forward to booking again this summer a d enjoying the outdoor spaces as well. You won’t regret booking your stay on Vashon Island here.

The house accommodated two kids under two and two adults over seventy really well! Kitchen is well stocked and made cooking a thanksgiving meal away from home a breeze! The location is perfect for being out of the busy island areas but close enough for that coffee run or needed milk in a pinch. Beautiful views of the harbor. Quiet neighbors and hardly noticed that you are right off the highway. All communication withe the owners was great! They have made checkin and check out super traveler friendly. I appreciated their promptness in communication and the understanding they showed to my family during our stay. The fireplaces were a wonderful cozy touch especially during fall on Vashon. Would stay again!!!

Just couldn’t stop looking out those big windows! So much wildlife, boats, sunsets and beautiful water! We had a very nice 3 night stay at this clean and comfortable cabin! Really enjoyed the decks and listening to the seals and loons! Cabin had everything we needed! We were close to trails for hiking and close to the lighthouse which was fun to explore and see the troll! We will be back, the very next time we get to visit Vashon Island!
