Casa Laguna features triple suites - one oneach floor. The ground floor suite offers a wet bar and access to the patio that overlooks the channel - great for boat watching! The second floor suite features a quaint patio - an ideal place to enjoy a good book or a drink under sunset skies. The spacious third floor suite can easily accommodate a group of kids or an entire family. With three private bedroom suites on separate floors this home can accommodate up to 14 guests, as long as at least 4 are children under the age of 12, perfect for couples with children or a large family. Combine Casa Laguna with Casa de las Palmas right next door and you can accommodate up to 20 comfortably!

The second-floor open living space includes the dining room, kitchen, living room, and a large private deck overlooking the channel.     As soon as we got there the shower on the second floor would not shut and was unusable for the entire stay. I called the rental company and no one ever came to fix it. There is the bare minimum in the house as far as blankets & sheets. We had 1 roll of toilet paper in the middle bathroom which ran out before we left & also only 1 roll of paper towels for the whole stay. Then once we left they send me an email saying they’re charging us for ‘stains’ on items that are obviously old and some of it looks like they did not even try to wash it. And they’re trying to charge me 224 for an old bed sham, old towels, and a comforter that you can’t even see a stain on. Don’t waste your time, it’s obviously the owner and rental company just want your money to update the property.

    Property in good shape. Had a boat and the boat lift worked well however, the straps on the boat lift had barnacles and other foul material embedded on it. Please have guests leave the straps out of the water to prevent this occurrence

    The check in window is way too strict. If a party is leaving the same day as another party arrives, then I understand. There is no reason why if a party arrives early that they can't check in early if no one is leaving the same day. The management company did take care of the ant problem that was an issue. I would rent again but you need a grill available for the renters as I had to buy a small one which I left there
