Waterfront townhome with dock, canal view & fireplaces - walk to beach

The pictures on the website for the outside of the house did not match what it actually looks like. The “outdoor kitchen” are was absolutely disgusting, the grill was very dirty, there was still food left in it. The sink was gross and full of grill parts. There was a dead roach on one of the pillows on the bed downstairs. The patio furniture was sparse and missing cushions. The house itself wasn’t to bad, just lacked good housekeeping. All and all we still had a good time.

Overall this is a beautiful house in a great location, but there are many issues with the house that need to be fixed for me to reccomend it. There are broken items, items that do not work and the WiFi does not work. The elevator in the house is not available for use and it is a 3 story condo. The water pressure throughout the house is very low. You are not allowed to use the garage so if you bring any items to use while you are there you have no place to store them.

We booked this sort of last minute, so were willing to pay a little extra for the extra house this property provides. The location is great, a short 1-2 minute drive to the beach, and on the bay. However, the house fell short of expectations based on the listing. First off, the code sent did not work for us to get into the home. It was difficult dealing with Vacasa, who is not located anywhere near here and wasn’t very helpful in getting us a code to get in. We had to wait an hour in the extreme heat trying to get in, with mosquitos everywhere in the front hallway of the home. We were looking forward to having all of the extra space in the nice home to relax in after long days at the beach. However, almost none of the tvs worked at all, there were remotes everywhere some with batteries, some without, the stereo receiver in the main living room didn’t work, the fireplace display things didn’t work, the a/c didn’t work right, WiFi was slow and unreliable. I was excited to use the huge tub, but it took over an hour to fill up. There was supposed to be 2 parking spots, however the owner has a broken down truck there taking up both spots, so we weren’t able to park in the designated area. We had a struggle trying to find adequate parking as the property got busier throughout the week. The whole place was disappointing to say the least. The home is beautiful and lovely, but isn’t being managed very well or taken care of. Don’t splurge the extra money, it’s not worth it.

It was a beautiful, very well appointed home right on packery channel. It has a boat dock right outside for fishing. The owners live next door. They were so accommodating offering to let us use kayaks for fishing. There are plans in the works to add green lights to the water for fishing. You won’t be disappointed with this rental.

I enjoy my stay at this townhouse. There was a few issues but I was extremely pleased with the cooperation and speediness of the management response.

The elevator did not work, tvs did not work, hot tub did not work, doors did not lock....there were ants, trash and a foul smell...my disabled father ended up spending the entire trip in the downstairs bedroom with no TV work..

Lovely home. No view of the beach and a decent walk on paved streets. The fees and price were a bit shocking as there is an added owners fee and an admin fee in addition to the day rate and they are very strict with the times - we got there at check in time (not wanting to pay yet again to check in a few hours early) and it was still being cleaned. Then before check-out time, workers showed up to treat for bugs. Beautiful house - wish I had spent the money elsewhere.
