This waterfront town home is located on a large canal with two boat slips available. Enjoy beautiful water views and fish the underwater lights off the back deck at night. Condo is positioned to where you get the afternoon shade and there is always a constant and cool breeze. There is a boat launch right down the street from the condo. Condo is located two blocks from the beach, and near Schlitterbahn Waterpark. The Intracoastal Waterway a short 5 minute boat ride through the canal system

Stayed Jul 18, 2023This by far was one of the best places I have stayed at with my family! We loved the neighborhood and peaceful environment. It was also close to the grocery store, a coffee shop, and even a few minutes away from the beach. I would highly recommend this place! 😍

Stayed Feb 20, 2026This house was everything the listing promised! Plenty of space for our family if 4, the most comfortable beds and pillows we have EVER had in a home away from home and plenty of hot water & water pressure. Although we weren’t successful in catching anything, we enjoyed fishing off the dock with our boys and sipping coffee in the mornings. The kitchen was very well stocked as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Jun 28, 2025We enjoyed our stay very much. We liked using the decks for fishing. Condo is decorated well and had a well stocked kitchen and pans for us to use. We cooked 3 dinners for us and family who came to visit. We assumed we would have use of the garage- no garage access. Which would be fine if we had known.

Stayed May 1, 2025We truly enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We loved having the small fishing dock and fish cleaning station right out the back door. Close proximity to Corpus, the Aquarium, and PINS. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely be back and will stay here again as our first choice!

Stayed Dec 22, 2024We had a lovely stay. The house is beautiful and located conveniently to the beach, the shops, and the restaurants. We enjoyed reading on the deck and watching seagulls flying around in the morning. My son went kayaking and fishing and had a lot of fun. The kitchen is well-equipped and we were able to cook a very nice Christmas dinner. In general, it was a very nice stay, and we loved everything. Thank you, Samanda.

Stayed Aug 22, 2024The house was better than advertised. It was spotless, comfortable, and quiet. We had 2 couples staying there and had plenty of space and privacy. We had everything we needed and MORE. Communication was excellent. We were there for a Naval ceremony staying close to our son, so for us, the location was perfect. The deck is wonderful and even in August, we were able to enjoy being outside.
