Important House Rules & Agreement
After booking guests are required to complete a rental agreement and ID verification prior to arrival.
To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for everyone please note the following house rules. Failure to comply may result in removal from the property without refund and additional charges.

• No pets allowed without written approval - $250 for up to 2 pets and $100 for any additional pet
• Policy Notice: We welcome pets; however, all pets must be on a current monthly tick and flea prevention plan. Proof of treatment is required prior to arrival (via email), and this policy is strictly enforced to maintain a clean and safe environment for all guests.
• No parties or events permitted at any time
• No smoking inside the home

The following fees may apply if house rules are violated:
• $150 fee for any unauthorized animal
• $500 smoking remediation fee if smoking occurs inside the home
• Minimum of one nights stay charged for check out later than 10AM EST
These fees are non punitive and reflect the cost of additional cleaning maintenance and disruption caused by rule violations.
