Stayed Aug 18, 2025Overall great property. Some mild gripes: -communication w management was shotty and inconsistent prior to arrival. - grill had significant amount of residual meat left on the grates. Not cleaned at all- no shampoo in the showers when we were told that there would be so had to go out and buy some mid shower. - was told dock area is suitable for swimming but the ladder to climb back onto the dock is rusted and unstable. Did not feel comfortable jumping into bay and have the ladder rip off and get trapped in the bay with no way to get out. But property location is great. There were beach towels and chair available for use when we were told there were none. Friendly neighbors. And the house is well kept and maintained. Overall property is good but management needs to know their property better and communicate better.
