Waterfront Retreat overlooking Long Island Sound w/gorgeous sunrises & sunsets!

Beautiful property On the beach

This is our fifth time staying here. We absolutely love it! Very clean house. The views are stunning - you are literally right on the water. The kitchen has a cozy table setup. Bring your own throw blankets for the couch and enjoy the puzzles we leave every year! Great communication with the property manager. The beds in the water facing rooms are insanely comfortable. The smaller room's bed is not great. But even with that, 10/10.

Kate was an amazing host. Responsive, excellent communicator, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay went perfect. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

We loved the home. Beautiful sunrises! The only problem we had was the inattentiveness and unprofessionalism of the property manager, Kate at Coccomo Real Estate. We got to the home at 3 for check in and the long driveway had not been plowed; there was a storm 5 days prior. I sent a text with the picture of the driveway and asked, what's the plan. She called me and said she could not believe they did not plow it but would look into it. She called me back and told me she could not find anyone to plow it but would come by with her shovel. I told her that there is so much snow it would need a plow or 3 hours of shoveling. She was not happy with that response and told me I could get my money back and not stay there. That was not going to happen since we had an event that evening. She then said that by the picture I sent, we could just drive over it. That was impossible since the plow who did the street had dumped at least 2.5 feet of snow and pushed it toward the driveway. I asked her where we should park and she said I could park in the yellow house in front (there was a car there already), I could park at the beach (they lock the gate at sunrise) or I could park in the street. We choose the street. We then walked through the snow to get to the house, found a shovel and shoveled a path to get around. The next morning the owner of the home we parked in front of called the police because he did not recognize the car. Kate at Coccomo is a joke!

We had the BEST experience in this beautiful rental home. Epic views of sunrise and sunsets, fully stocked kitchen with everything you could imagine, thoughtful amenities, impeccably clean, very comfortable beds and sofas, updated appliances, huge beautiful windows and two patio decks to enjoy the views, stellar communication by the host. We cannot wait to return to this STUNNER of a property! Don't sleep on this one! We LOVED it! Thank you to the property owner/host for your prompt and clear communication- we are so grateful for this fabulous experience! Not a single complaint- all high praise!

Lovely place for a relaxing getaway!

It was truly a retreat! Very relaxing sitting overlooking the water.We are “ foodies” so really enjoyed the kitchen and all it offered.Host “informational” was precise and helpful.

What a wonderful home. The location was great, especially the view in the evening - SPECTACULAR! We could easily see the North Shore of Long Island.If our travel plans have us returning to the Westbrook area in the future, we would rent this home again.

This house was beautiful! Amazing views! The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing week away. I wish I took more pics, but here are two I took from the deck. The second was as a storm cloud was coming in. Enjoy your stay!

We were here for a family wedding and had previously lived on Seaside Ave so were really happy to reacquaint ourselves. The house is ideally located and vey comfortable and well-equipped. There's plenty of shorebird action on the tidal flats when the tide is out so ideal for bird watching/

2nd year in a row we have stayed here. Old buddies reunion and the place is beautiful and perfect

I had a mini vacation with my daughter. The house is perfect! Although we did not cook while there, if we wanted to, the kitchen was fully equipped. Everything has been considered to make guests comfortable - right down labels on light switches to let you know what turns on! The location is great and it’s hard to beat waking up in the morning to see the sun rise over the ocean. I hope to return at some time in the future.

We spent the Thanksgiving holiday here with our daughter and son-in-law. The waterviews were outstanding, the property comfortable and location superb. We had an easy time checking in and out, would highly recommend!

What a beautiful location! Amazing sunrise and sun sets. The home is very clean, information easily found, outstanding loction, communication was very speedy (questions prior to stay, no issues at all) neighbors very friendly, pleanty of room inside and out, beds are comfortable, kitchen well equipped.. Love this place and will definitely be booking again!!
