Waterfront, Remodeled 5 Bedrm ,Private Dock,Walk to Beach

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful waterfront home! The location is unbeatable—right on the bay and just a short walk to the beach. The bikes and stand-up paddleboards provided were a fantastic bonus, making it easy to explore the area. We especially enjoyed biking to the Loews Hotel for happy hour!The home itself is spacious and well-equipped, with a large kitchen perfect for multiple cooks and plenty of spots to relax. Carol, the host, was kind and very responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Highly recommend this property for a perfect getaway!

great location great landlord, great time

My family spent 3 weeks at this house and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The house has everything you need and more, and the indoor/outdoor access and openness was fantastic. We had many great days at the beach, lots of time on the outdoor patio having drinks and playing games, and made ample use of the gourmet kitchen. Our vacation exceeded our expectations and we would certainly consider returning to this wonderful home for another great San Diego experience in Coronado. Owner was very helpful and responsive and shared great insights about activities, restaurants, etc. Highly recommend this place for a memorable vacation.

The home can accommodate several couples as well as children with 5 bedrooms and 3 baths. The kitchen was so much fun to prepare meals as it is a chef's kitchen with all the utensils, spices and items to prepare any meal. The home was very well stocked with towels and toiletries. Overall it was an enjoyable month there and is only a short drive to the zoo's, seaworld and restaurants. One thing that was really thoughtful was that she had some food and beverage there upon our arrival as we had traveled all day and did not feel like going out. Ed and Linda Wylde

I don't normally write reviews but we were so impressed with the property and happy with our interaction with the owners that we felt we needed to write a review! The home is just fantastic. My family and I really loved our time there and we were sad to leave! We hope that we will be able to stay there the next time we are in San Diego. The home was immaculate when we arrived and was stocked with toiletries and beers! :) We had a change of plans and had to get into the property a few days earlier and the owner was able to accommodate our last minute request! The owner knew we had a newborn with us and asked if we would be needing a crib/playpen as she could supply us with one! She even gifted us flowers and onesies! How sweet!? The house is very well thought out. The attention to detail is impressive. This is not normally a vacation rental, the owners live on property for most of the year so the house is really functional and clean. I'm a first time mom and cleanliness ranks very high in my books! I was afraid the property would not match the pics shown, but the house was perfect! There was an instruction booklet letting us know how to work stuff around the house but also had important info about our surroundings. My husband loved cooking in the kitchen. We loved watching the gondolas go past during the day. My husband and cousin actually went kayaking a few times off of the back dock with the owners' kayak and loved it! Staying there was a real treat! The pictures on the listing don't do the place justice. There are a total of one bedroom on the ground floor, four bedrooms on the first floor and a study (with futon) on the second floor. There are 3.5 bathrooms. The master bathroom shower is a steam shower and was heavenly. Every bedroom was modern, clean and neat. There was a fire place in the living room, master bedroom and a fire pit outside on the deck. We loved having them on as it was unseasonably cold when we were in town! It was very nice to have! My husband loved using the outside bbq and the heaters made it nice to sit outside and do some star gazing at night! We absolutely LOVED staying at this home and have no hesitations in recommending it to everyone!!! :)

A perfect house for a get away. Our team was in town for a business conference and this was the perfect place for us. We enjoyed cooking together in the beautiful and well equipped kitchen, sharing meals at the dining room table and out on the patio, and just hanging out listening to music, enjoying the gas-lit fireplace, evenings under the stars and talking. Sleeping arrangements were easy and very comfortable with plenty of closet space to hang up our things. We even enjoyed kayaking from the home's dock, walking and running nearby and biking through Coronado. A pleasure to stay in this beautiful home.

Amazing location. Very classy inside. Perfect get away.

We just arrived on Saturday, we walked in the house and our jaws dropped when we saw the beautiful home and incredible view. The homeowners are exceptionally nice and were there to greet us when we arrived and walked us through the house. They even left behind some nice welcome gifts. Everything in the house appears to be brand new, I believe the homeowners said they just recently purchased and renovated the house. We are a group of 9 including 6 adults and three teenagers. The teens have been just having a blast with the kayak and standup paddle board the owners supplied. It is a very large home and there is plenty of space for all. We have been using the outdoor patio and grill quite a lot as the view from the patio is wonderful. There is plenty of setting on the patio for all of us to sit out and watch the boats go by, there are even gondolas that pass by. The beach is a short walk away, and the house has boogie boards for the kids, beach chairs and beach towels. We love this place and are already thinking of booking again for spring break. I would highly recommend this home to everyone, the only exception might be for families with small children that can not swim as the house is right on the water.
