Stayed Jun 21, 2025We had a nice time. Unfortunately the AC was not working the first 3 nights. However, Steven went out of his way to get it replaced asap and was very accommodating. We were able to bring our boat and the dock was easy to tie up to and get on and off. The house was clean, and when we discovered the cookware was less than ideal, Steven went out and purchased a new set for us to use during our stay. Very impressed with his customer service. Would definitely book again!

Stayed Oct 16, 2024Charge almost 1,000 just to open up cabinets to dry stuck on food all over. Nasty plates. Nasty cups. Dishwasher looks like it was never used prior to us. We pulled it open to look at there was a MOLDY cup with spores in there. Nothing was wiped down. Outside counter had so much dust on it you can draw and see your drawing clear as day. Got pictures Cobwebs everywhere. Years of dirt. Pure filth. We had trouble finding something in our price range but this was a huge joke. Not even the canal and dock could get my mind off of the nastiness in this house. Shame on yall. I have pictures of everything. House rules say you will be charged if we don’t clean the grill?. The grill was never cleaned from the start and the utensils to use said grilled has MOLD on it as well. Got pictures of all that to. Wish there was a spot to put pictures. Would love to show you how much these guys do not care about your stay only money..

Stayed Dec 31, 1969There is a large tv in the living room, but bring a ROKU or Firestick since it has internet access but no local tv. The bathrooms have been renovated and look modern. The kitchen has adequate items (Mr. Coffee, toaster, dishes & utensils) and there's a charcoal grill outside. High top dining table inside and a small 4 person table on the back patio. It's about a 15-20 minute drive to stores and restaurants along Hwy 41. There is nothing within walking distance, so a car is necessary. It was a nice getaway.
