Waterfront Port Charlotte Home w/ Pool & Lanai

The home was great, everything you needed and more. Very clean and comfortable. Perfect home for a family vacation. The only complaint was that the pool equipment was not working properly.

This was a great spot to spend quality time with family. The pool was perfect, The neighborhood was safe and walkable. Plenty of stores nearby. Enjoyed horseback riding and golf. All the Florida amenities without the crowds. Can’t recommend this place enough - we will be back.

We had a great time! House was as described and very clean. It had everything we needed for our stay. The only negatives would be the King bed is pretty firm. We also paid for pool to be heated and it maxed out 84 degrees. Our kids still utilized the pool. All in all, it was a great trip. We would stay again.

Beautiful Home!

What a beautiful home! The view was spectacular! The home was very clean and well equipped with start up paper supplies, towels etc. plenty of pool floats and toys for the kiddos and we had the perfect weather for swimming. The home was exactly as listed and we had no issues during our stay. I would highly recommend this home and we will be back!

This property is absolutely gorgeous! It has all you need to have a wonderful stay. The pool was so fun for my children and grandchildren. The view is stunning and was a great place to have my morning coffee. There were pool toys and life jackets as well. The pool table was a fun activity in the evening. It was clean and comfortable. It is close to many stores and restaurants. I cannot say enough good things about it. We will definitely return when we visit Port Charlotte.

Communication with owner was outstanding! Well equipped kitchen, wonderful pool, comfortable furniture, just fabulous. Hope we’ll be able to stay here again.

Very clean and a great place to relax.

Property unquestionably met our expectations. Very clean, great house, great location on the river, great nearby access for restaurants and grocery store, and in a very quiet and safe neighborhood.

The house was very comfortable, well-maintained, clean and had all the basics we needed. The view was peaceful and wuoet neighborhood. The nightlights throughout the house were a nice touch so we didn't have to turn on overhead lights in the middle of the night. The pool heater wasn’t working well but the owners are searching for an answer. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back in the future.

We had a great time and really enjoyed the house. It was clean and had clear instructions for our expectations as guests. It was close to many things that we chose to do and was located in a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay again if we come back to the area and would recommend to others.

Our family enjoyed our stay. The only disappointment was the weather, which is always hard to control. We had paid for the pool to be heated but the outside temps wouldn’t allow the pool to warm up to more that 66 degrees. We reached out to VRBO to discuss this and they were willing to refund the pool heating fee, which was greatly appreciated.

We had colder weather so couldn’t enjoy the pool or outside property but still enjoyed our time

Well set up, billiard table fun, streaming on three TVs entertaining, good kitchen, pool too cold to swim in despite running heater. Tile floors looked clean but white socks black from walking on them, front door lock tricky to access. Overall great stay, Janet very helpful.
