Waterfront Oasis W/ Private Pool, Dock, Fast WiFi & Ideal Location - Dogs OK

We had an amazing time. I’m very impressed with this my husband and I in our 16 and 18 year-old daughters during the week away for spring break, relaxing, watching and fun! Very spacious in a wonderful neighborhood. Our only complaint was not being able to turn the air conditioner down Below 72 a very toasty night of sleeping. I would recommend this home to friends!

Clean, spacious, and well maintained!

Great property and location

Nice spacious home with great views of the Myakka River leading into Charlotte Harbor. Nice quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors. Had been a bit concerned about cleanliness based on some prior reviews, but found it to be clean inside. Carpet in bedrooms had been recently cleaned, though is worn with some permanent staining. Lanai and grill area needed a good scrubbing, which my husband did as we were staying for 5 weeks. Communication from the management company was good, but said there was still damage from Hurricane Ian (tarp on roof, pool cage screens missing). We were very pleasantly surprised to find these repairs had been made when we checked in. Management company needs to update that in their communication. Overall, nice house but with really expensive fees on top of the nightly rate.

My husband and I rented this beautiful property last year and returned again this year. The house is beautiful, clean, very well maintained and fully equiped. The view of the canal for a morning sunrise is wonderful. Large spacious rooms with very comfortable furnishings. We highly highly recommend this home. The owner is very pleasant and attentive. We will return again next year!

We have been coming to this area for more than 20 years and this house was one of the nicest, but sadly one of the most expensive. The house is beautiful and large. This house appeared to get through the hurricane fine but there was still a tarp on the roof and some sections of the pool screen were still missing but these things did not effect our stay at all. We all had a great time and the location is perfectly in the middle of the beaches and areas we visit during our stay.

• No gas for the grill-called and no one got us gas • Grill was dirty • Tarp came off the roof and sand from the sand bags blew all over the pool area • Woman who cleaned the pool vacuumed up a LOT of sand from the bottom of the pool • Pool was clean and was kept clean on a weekly basis • Lanai was filthy as were the rugs on the lanai-we had to vacume up dog hair from the rugs and had to use water and a brush to clean the cement around the pool • Cushions on chairs were mildewed and looked as though they had never been washed • Much of the screen area of the lanai were destroyed and not repaired • Water leaked thru the ceiling • Pool charge was NOT prominently displayed in the VRBO listing • Beds were very comfortable and linens were nice • Towels were substandard • Kitchen was not well equipped at all for cooking • Very quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors • Dirty rugs inside, • One bedroom room smelled like urine • Carpets in bedrooms were dirty and badly worn

Beautiful home in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Fantastic heated pool. Backyard fenced and on a quiet canal. Would highly recommend this home and look forward to staying here again next year.
