Waterfront Oasis Re-Done Throughout! 1 Mile From Winterberry Beach Access Pt

Fantastic great location

House had hairs in the bed and stained towels. When we first arrived at the house, there was an exterminator there spraying the entire property, which was offputting also the next day when we were trying to relax in the pool area, a pool cleaner came for a half an hour to clean the pool. Lots of little things made this house not feel like a home. It’s still pretty dated as well. I would not stay here again

Overall we enjoyed our vacation. Canal deck and tiki hut were lovely. Fun watching the fish in the water. Friendly neighbor. Pool was very nice but so cold we could not use the first week. It’s only heated dependent upon the weather. If you have some cooler weather, you’re out of luck. Beds were all comfortable. Living room Furniture was so very uncomfortable. Hard to sit on for any length of time. Could not access the air conditioning. So hot in the house you couldn’t sleep at night. Had to leave all the bedroom doors open and use the fans. Found out the hard way why they had so many fans in the closets. Kitchen was very sparsely stocked. Dishes and pans not the best. Did have nice washer and dryer in the garage. Nice to be able to wash the towels and sheets. The towels and sheets were all very old and desperately need to be replaced. Desperately! Towels were all pulled and many were stained. All the sheets and towels were totally mismatched. Not a full set of anything. Really gross. The light over the dining table had several bulbs out. Lighting in general was poor throughout the house. The chaise lounges by the pool looked lovely however we turned the cushions over and they were all ripped. It’s truly a shame as it wouldn’t take a huge investment in this property to give it a real wow factor!! To see it advertised as “renovated throughout” was a slight misrepresentation. The master bath needs work. Shower tile floor nasty. Sadly wont be back.

An amazing stay in absolute paradise

We absolutely loved most everything about our stay. The pool was amazing, location was great, neighbors very friendly. The main bathroom shower needs attention. The house overall was great.

The property is in a good location and the outdoor space is excellent. Generally the property is well presented but there are a few areas which are in need of a refresh - the second bedroom has no bedside units for example and the BBQ was out of gas meaning it couldn't be used, also there were no codes provided for the bike locks which was annoying as it meant we couldn't leave them at the beach access.Communication with the agents was straightforward and all that was needed.Overall a great vacation.

We had a great time over April vacation. House is near beach and shops. The pool is clean and warm. The back deck was great to have a relaxing breakfast and dinner on.

This home was a great place for my husband, my daughter and her husband and her two children ages 3 & 5 and myself. The kids enjoyed the pool from morning till night and it was very warm even though the mornings were chilly. It is a very short walk to a great park and we could even walk to the beach but most of the time drove there so the kids could rest on the way back. The neighbor was very friendly, the views of the canal were petty and we even tried the kayaks for a few hours. This house seemed very spacious and open and we made most of all our meals in the house. We used the very large capacity water/dryer many times to clean our beach towels. Some of the bikes had flat tires that would keep air but we did have two of the adult bikes we were able to use to explore the area. Over all we would stay here again without any hesitation.

Great clean place. Very accommodating. Friendly and helpful management and owners. Highly recommend
