Waterfront Oasis: Pool + Dolphins & Manatees + Bikes + Walk to Beach!

10/10 HIGHLY recommend this property. Ran away from a snowstorm to 80-degree weather and a beautiful view. The house was FULLY stocked with plenty of games and toys for the kids. It was super close to the beach access. The neighborhood was VERY quiet - everyone who we walked by was super friendly. Restaurants were perfect and within walking distance, right downtown. We rode the bikes every night to see the sunset at the end of the street and were greeted by dolphins jumping into the sunset and manatees in the morning for sunrise! The house was beautiful, pool was warm - plenty of toys and floats for the pool as well. It was heartbreaking leaving, but we would absolutely come back again! We were celebrating a Birthday and really enjoyed the home.Plenty of room for everyone and the kids really enjoyed the pool.Its just a short walk to the beach which was also a great time. So fun to walk out to the dock to see manatees and dolphins.

Such a Lovely house with lots of nice personal touches.Very clean and well appointed, it had everything we needed and lots of beach equipment we appreciated. The pool was nice after a hot day sightseeing. Oh and we saw a friendly Manatee and her baby. Thank you!

Clean, comfortable, terrific pool and lanai! We saw a lot of manatees from the dock. Street is really quiet. AC was great, plenty of ceiling fans. We were looking for a quiet and inviting place to unwind after a busy trip to Disney… this location was perfect for us.

This house was perfect for our beach vacation! We appreciated having beach chairs, boogie boards, and fishing supplies! The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils as well as spices! The beach was super easy to access (5 minute drive to free parking near Lori Wilson Park) and the screened in pool was a perfect way to cool off in the afternoons! We would highly recommend this property.

Best of everything Cocoa Beach has to offer with a pool, access to waterways and wildlife plus so close to the ocean! Felt like being at home with everything we needed available: fishing gear, everything for the beach and kitchen tools.

My husband, my SIL and myself came to stay for a quiet, relaxing visit. The location is perfect! We saw manatees almost every day! The pool was so refreshing and perfect for a few laps. The living area was very comfortable and well laid out. We will definitely come back!

The house is very roomy and comfortable. Nice pool and dock. Easy access to launch paddle boards and kayaks. We saw manatees almost every day and dolphins quite a few times. Quick bike or walk to beach and downtown restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay. Location is great, close to everything you need. House was stocked with everything needed. My kids loved the bikes provided and is a great street to ride on. We even were able to see a dolphin from the dock. We would definitely return in the future!

We enjoyed everything, pillows need revamped, stiff but all else is good. You need laundry soap but all else is there close to grocery, bait shop, easy to access and get around. .clean, well kept , nice lawn and drive, well lit, masterbath nice size countertop for two, pool is screened in.

This home is so comfortable and great for our young family. We are definitely coming back.

We we're unable to stay at the house because of no power from the storms. However, the owner of the house was wonderful with giving us a refund. We hope to stay there in the future.

Clean home quiet area. Perfect get away after the week at Disney World.

The house was perfect and they provided all the household stuff needed. It was so nice not having to share the pool with anyone and the DOCK was the most peaceful place to watch the Manatees, Stingrays, Dolphins & jumping fish. Our grandson loved seeing & chasing all the lizards.

This property is the cutest house down a dead end (very quiet) road. Equipped with a full accessible dock- where we spent many hours watching manatees, dolphins, sting rays, fishing, bird watching, etc. and watching the sunset/ thunderstorms. The house is older but felt like you were hanging out at the family beach house for the week. Lots of beach decor. Fully equipped kitchen. Everything from pool floaties, fishing equipment, gaming systems (for teenage boys). The host even let us check out of a few hours late (with out charging us for it). Plus their recommendation of visiting The Fat Donkey (ice cream) was a hit with my kids. If we could have stayed longer, we would have in a heart beat. I am truly going to miss watching the momma manatee with her baby floating by the docks. I have a feeling we will be back.

Great location. The absolute only problem we had was the playpen provided there was broken when we set it up for pur little one so we couldnt use and we never did find a vaccum to use that said it was in middle bedroom closet. However those two things did not make it where we wouldnt stay again. It was very clean and nice location.
