Stayed Jul 12, 2025So many small things that need to be fixed. We stayed last year for a week and sometimes you can over look things but this year for 2 weeks made us realize that the problems from the year before are still not fixed. House just needs lots and lots of work. And a good cleaning. Will not rent again.

Stayed Dec 22, 2024Property was just ok but very dirty. Owners should find another cleaning service. Our first surprise was the moldy coffee grinds in the maker. Only one TV in the property and only seating was one sofa. Renting to more than 4 will be an uncomfortable challenge. VRBO pictures did not reflect the conditions of the home. One of the outdoor seating had a fitted bedroom sheet on it. Other seats were green and moldy. Slow drains and half glass shower allowed water to splash on the wall. If this is a premier property, sheets and toilets should be clean. This is the first time I’ve ever wrote a bad review.

Stayed Aug 3, 2024House was prefect. The house was decorated beautifully. 4 adults 3 kids (18,15,13). The kids and parents loved everything about the house. The location was prefect. The covered dock was great for fishing, the outside living area was great for playing cards we plan on renting the house next year for 2 weeks. Can’t wait to come back.

Stayed Mar 8, 2024Our group loved the house and the area! The pool was great & being able to fish off the dock was a plus. We did see dolphins right at our dock as well. The house was very clean. Jess was very responsive to our questions and met our needs immediately. The neighbors were wonderful as well. I highly recommend this house!

Stayed Dec 20, 2023We had a great visit to this lovely home - Jess was great with responding to our questions - the home was comfortable and clean - 3 bedrooms and a murphy-bed room - perfect space for 3 couples and a child or 2. Yoga in the sun on the boat deck and pool in the afternoon.
