Amazing property! Kids didn’t even want to leave to go to the beach! We’ve already reserved again for next year. Having heavy travel jobs, this vacation rental allowed for us to truly unwind and relax with quality time together as a family of 5, yet enough room /living space to not be on top of each other vs hotels or other rentals we’ve had in the past.

Outstanding property with over the top amenities. Host was easy to work with. Everything about the place screams quality, right down to the toilet paper. Would not hesitate to rent again. If you forced me to come up with something not glowing, I’d say location only because it’s 10 minutes from most services, grocery, restaurants,etc…It did not affect our trip as we planned accordingly and picked up anything we needed on the way back. It’s such an incredible property, you really hate to leave.

One of the best vacation properties we have ever stayed at. The landscaping, pool and lanai were beautiful. The home was beautifully decorated and clean and had everything we needed. Also lots of recreational equipment was available. We can't wait to go back. Its great for couples and families with children.

We enjoyed 8 days in this beautiful home. Michelle was a great host and very attentive. We spent the majority of our time at the beach or in the heated pool. Everything in the house worked as it should. My husband and son even caught several red fish off the dock. We would definitely stay again!

Everything was perfect with our stay. The house was beautiful and looked exactly as described. Check in and out were smooth.

House was clean and well kept. Great view from the lanai. Very relaxing watching the boats go by. Very friendly people in and around the neighborhood. Weather was a bit chilly for the pool, but we enjoyed our stay, and would stay again.

Host was great at communicating during the whole process. Lanai area was large and simply awesome, and we loved the 4 movie chair setup. Will definitely look at future dates for this property.

The house is absolutely beautiful. It is better than expected. Everything you can think of is there. The pool and back patio area were a delight. We loved the dock area for fishing and great views of nature and boats. The area is quiet and peaceful. Great beaches and restaurants are a short drive in any direction. Michele our host is outstanding and went above and beyond. Perfect vacation spot for our family.

Where do I begin!!! The place was absolutely spectacular. The minute you walk in the view through the 10ft sliders to the water and pool area is breathtaking. Ritz Carlton fits and finishes. 2 bedrooms with bathroom on a whole seperate wing with pocket doors making completely private. Primary and primary bath were off the hook nice. Like a Roman bathroom with rain showers. The real kicker is the location if you are boaters. 10k hoist was perfect. Took us a leisurely 50 mins to Gasparilla sand bar and Stump pass areas on calm warm waters. Just a real gem of a home and location. Especially for the Price per night. Beautiful house, loved the space and privacy. Comfortable beds. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. We could easily travel an hour or so in any direction to get to many different beaches ,kayaking, restaurants , andshopping. The lanai , pool & spa with the canal view was great . My boys loved being able to fish right out back. Absolutely would stay here again! Thanks Michele!

Beautiful well stocked home. Exactly as pictured. We had such a fun time in the pool, cruising the canals, offshore fishing, and just hanging out. Would not hesitate to return!

We have stayed in South Gulf Cove twice now. You will find everything you want or need in close proximity. This property is well maintained, and beautifully decorated. Michelle has gone to great lengths to provide everything you might need during your stay. She is a lovely and responsive host. Cannot forget to mention the pool/spa, it was amazing.

Family traveled from Idaho for a week of tarpon fishing. We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect. Super clean with comfy furniture & beds. We really enjoyed the lanai & pool. We wouldn't hesitate to rent again.

My husband and I really enjoyed our vacation. You couldn’t ask for a more relaxing pool/spa/view. We did have some questions on how to heat the spa, but Michele was super responsive and walked me through everything, also shared a great video which shows you how to run the pool system. The house was well stocked with everything for the kitchen and a bunch of pool toys and beach items (chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc). There were 2 bikes which we rode one day but they could use some repairs to the brakes and gears. Still, it’s a great area to bike around. The neighborhood was super quiet. We saw alligators in the wide canal, lots of birds and lizards. Just be aware it’s mostly a residential area, which we liked, but not close to touristy areas. Venice was about 40 mins away with a nice historical downtown area with shops and restaurants. We golfed at Long Marsh at Rotunda on a rainy day and had the course to ourselves… saw tons of alligators and birds there, it was so fun! Also we highly recommend going down to Gasparilla Island and Boca Grande, a small laid back little island town. The beaches were perfect for shelling and finding sharks teeth- and the water is gorgeous and warm. It’s only about a 20 min drive from the house, so very close. Our only wish was that there were more restaurants close by. However it’s such a relaxing place we would definitely go back! Thank you Michele!

While there were a few things we believe could be improved our overall experience was great and we would consider staying at this property again.

The property was very tidy and clean, accuracy of the listing was refreshing for a change and everything worked as it should! We had so much fun hanging outside by the pool, in the hot tub and just all around absolutely enjoyed this property

Beautiful home with a lovely outdoor space. We spent the majority of our time at the house on the spacious lanai. We even saw two alligators swimming in the canal past the house.

I highly recommend this property. The fishing from the dock with shrimp as bait was excellent. The house had everything needed whether spending a day at the house or heading to the beach. Thank you for the incredible memories with family!

What a great relaxing getaway! The house was beautiful as described, generously appointed, even surprised us with all of the pots and pans. Michelle made it easy with her check in book.

My husband & I spent two weeks in this lovely, well appointed home. The lanai with hot tub & pool were just perfect for private peaceful relaxation. Appreciated the cleanliness & great kitchen since we love to cook. Our host, Michelle was just excellent making sure we had everything we needed and was easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend the place.

We really enjoyed our stay here! My husband and I needed a warm get away and this home did just the trick. Michelle the host was wonderful and immediately got back to us with any questions we had. There were plenty of dishes and extras in the home. We enjoyed the pool and spa during the day and then also really enjoyed watching movies in the theater seating at night. Our only regret is we wished we would have rented a boat!

We stayed for the week of Christmas and absolutely loved this place.The house is beautiful and we made as much use of the hot tub/pool as we could. Would definitely stay here again.

From the photos on the website, we expected the home to be pretty amazing, but when we got there, the photos hadn't fully portrayed how truly beautiful the home and setting are. There are surrounding neighbors, but you'd never know it. When you're there you have the feeling it's your own private paradise. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai watching the periodic activity in the canal, with fish jumping, birds coming and going, and the occasional boater passing by. Palm trees surround the pool area, and you have a true feeling of paradise. We had to contact the homeowner a few times with various questions, and she could not have been nicer and more accommodating. She made sure the house was outfitted with everything needed, and had very helpful info on the home and surrounding areas. The neighborhood is convenient as well, located near restaurants, beaches, groceries and other shopping areas. We loved our time there so much, we're heading back for another visit!
