Stayed Jul 8, 2021Was looking for a casual place for our annual guys trip and this place, right on Lake Norman, fit the bill perfectly. We stayed the week after the 4th of July, 2021 and had an amazing time. Pretty busy time a year on Lake Norman, but I am from the area and already have a boat in dry storage on the lake, so I wanted us to be further north on the lake to not only to avoid a lot of traffic and rough “seas”, but this place is right around the corner from a few restaurants/bars that you can pull up to and dock. Saw a lot of fishing going on in the nice quiet canal and it seemed like the luck was good there, although we didn’t partake this time. The place is exactly as advertised and the check in process with the owner was excellent. After the great experience we had my friends are already asking whether we should go ahead and book this place again. I highly recommend it!

Stayed Aug 7, 2021Our family and I loved the house and dock! House is simple but perfect. Lots of space to between the deck and the open concept living/dining/kitchen area. Kevin the owner is easy to get a hold of if you need anything. Love Lake Norman and this great house. Thanks for a great week.

Stayed Jun 12, 2021We had a great time at this cozy place in a quiet neighborhood. It was nice being on a calm part of the lake and although we didn't bring a boat it was nice to have the adjacent boat ramp to walk our dog into the water. The dock has spacious open and covered areas. Owners were very responsive.

Stayed May 13, 2021My family and I, including our lovable lab, REALLY enjoyed our stay at the property! The amenities were wonderful and the neighborhood was very friendly and peaceful. Such a great location, and the access to the lake was perfect. The property owners were very accommodating and very accessible. We highly recommend!

Stayed Sep 4, 2020This was the 1st Annual Family gathering for Labor Day weekend, and it was a success in part because of the wonderful accommodations! It was sparkling clean and it had everything we needed for cooking in every night. The dock was perfect for our group with kayaks, and SUPs. The doggies were in complete heaven! Kevin was very nice and helpful by email and we met in person when we arrived and when we left, and he made sure that our stay was nothing less than perfect! We will definitely have great memories in this place and hopefully, we will return at some point!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We truly enjoyed our stay and Kevin, the property manager, was so helpful! The boat launch was perfect and if it wasn't booked solid the rest of summer we would have booked another stay this year. The dock with the covered area was much appreciated and our 4 children spent the better part of the week swimming in the cove that also had a nice shady area. Will definitely try to stay again!
