The Lake House was a good spot for our family gathering after Chrsitmas (We had 14 total). The home and some amenities seemed to be past their prime in places, but it was clean, with comfortable beds, and laid out well for hanging out inside and outdoors.

Absolutely great Host and the place was amazing. We enjoyed our stay so much we stayed around the cabin alot, sitting by a fire and just enjoying the lake. Grand kids and grown kids enjoyed paddling around the lake in a canoe and kayaks. We will be back given the opportunity.

Many good things. A little challenging to find after dark but a nice river property. A bit of a stretch to accomodate 17 adults, but our grandchildren were amenible to sharing rooms and beds. Six bathrooms were appreciated. A few minor suggestions - the gas stove front right hand burner didn't stay lit, the west door to the deck doesn't lock, some of the written instructions need to be updated i.e. one place it said to take the trash to the yard recepticals and another said there was a 50 charge if we didn't remove all trash from the property. It would really be great if there was a floatation device to take people on shore out to a boat. We should have taken more of our own bedding especially for the sofa beds. There were mice droppings on the lakeside bed between the mattress cover and sheet. If I would go again I would take several skillets and spatullas. Two large refrigerators/freezers were appreciated. AC worked great. Dollar General was fairly well stocked and only about 10 minutes away. Being out of the house by 10:00 am was a bit challenging for the young folks. :-) Everyone enjoyed the experience and really enjoyed boating and water skiing. We even used the fire pit one evening to make smores. Wishing you and all future guests the very best.

This property is quite remote and very quiet. The cabin is nicely finished with 5 bedrooms. The owner is VERY responsive to any issues that occur. The yard is very large which allows young children lots of room to run and play and the lake is right outside your windows. During our stay, the lake water was very warm but the shoreline is not sandy and not suited for swimming from shore. There is a canoe and kayaks available for use. A good rental for a family get together.

The location is great! We loved the kayaks and the canoe and the ability to fish! Plenty of room for everyone. The beds were soft and comfy. The place is not very clean. The area of the charcoal grill needs to be cleaned and made more attractive and inviting.

We chose this location to be the destination for our small group summer trip. It was wonderful. The spacious house, large shaded property (helped with the summer heat), easy water access. We throughly enjoyed our stay here. We'd love to come back again.

While the home itself was nice, it was not updated as pictures in llisting had showed a few things wrong with the property that we were blamed for so if you rent this property be ready to pay extra I uploaded the departure list that requires a lot beware

My family had a wonderful time at your cabin. The only disappointment that we had was the water level was so high we didn't have the access to the lake that we were expecting. But everything else worked out great. Highly recommend this place for families.

This lake house was the perfect find! Our family greatly enjoyed our 5 days at the waterfront lake house on Table Rock. It was exactly as seen in the photos. The host was always available when we needed. This was perfect for our family to each have a bedroom and still all be together.

Overall we really enjoyed ourselves! Beautiful property and space for everyone. We were a group of 11. 8 adults, a 10yo, 2yo, and 5mo. Glad we brought the pack n play for baby! Only thing we didn't care for was the requirerequirement to take all trash to a dumpster about 3/4 mile down the road. I understand taking it out of the house. But down the road was tricky as we didn't have a vehicle to carry it and it was too long to walk with big trash bags to remove all the t

Beautiful location!! Hard to beat the location, just a few things i would love to have changed. The directions are hard to understand so we got lost since Google doesn't take you there. The bathrooms needed to replace the grout, the shower heads need some LCR. For the most part the trip was lovely. It's very hard to beat that walk to the water and starts at night. Thank you

We were very impressed with the large home and property on Table Rock Lake. Kids and adults had their own special spaces but were also able to come together in the open kitchen and dining area. We won’t soon forget the old shoe comfort of this special lake house. We also appeciated the prompt and courteous responses to our questions. Thanks so much!

This is our 3rd annual visit to The Lovely Lake House. This property checks alot of the boxes for our family. Enough rooms and bathrooms for everybody, access to the water, great spot for kayaking, paddle boarding, and fishing. Nice yard for kids to play. We rent a pontoon at Kings River Marina and get groceries in Berryville, Ark about 40 mins away. We also take a day for an excursion into Branson about an hour away. We love the flexibility of this home and the property. We enjoyed relaxing, hanging out and enjoying spending time together. The hosts have always been great and responsive if we needed anything. We were pleasantly surprised this year when they made the upgrade to Starlink internet!! There's also a landline phone available if needed. Totally recommend this property!!
