Waterfront Lake Hamilton Home | Pool, Hot Tub, A+ Views, Dock, Huge Game Room

This property was perfect for our long weekend stay. We “old folks” took our daughter and her husband and our one year old grandbaby for a relaxing stay. We sat out on the balcony with our coffee in the morning and wine in the evening and just enjoyed the view. The “kids” had kayaks, paddle boats, and a game room for entertainment and of course we all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Everything was very well stocked and thoughtfully laid out. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Would definitely stay again!!

Great location. Well equipped for a lovely week on the lake. The owners communications were excellent. Excellent choice if you want to stay on Lake Hamilton in the Hot Springs National Park.

The property is exactly as described on VRBO. Our family of six had a wonderful time unwinding and enjoying the lake toys, game room and pool. The hot tub saved my husband and I after several days teaching paddle boarding and kayaking with our grandchildren. They absolutely enjoyed every minute and was pleading ti stay another day.

The only issue we found was, on day one with the Hot tub. Before I could share the problem with the host, the Pool Company was there and fixed it in under 30 minutes. They already had it under control. No issues. Great location.

Great property with great amenities. Communication was fast and helpful with great consideration for the guests. I would strongly recommend staying here if you are taking a trip to Hot Springs!

My only complaint was with cleanliness. Floor’s were maybe not swept well throughout. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay!

The house was beautiful! We had 5 adults and 8 kids, from 4 months to 14 years, and we all had a blast. The pool was amazing, the bigger kids really enjoyed the kayaks, and the adults loved the comfy beds at the end of the day. We had a fantastic time!

This house was perfect for our family weekend getaway! The 3 kings and bunk room made our stay so comfortable. We had so much fun with the paddleboard, pedal boat, and the hot tub and the view from any one of the balconies was perfect for morning coffee and gorgeous sunsets. We loved this place!

We had a great experience staying at this lake house! The property is spacious and well laid out, with plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. The 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms made it especially convenient for our group.There was no shortage of things to do—the pool table and air hockey table were a big hit, and we spent a lot of time enjoying the outdoor space as well. The fire pit was perfect for evenings by the lake, and the hot tub was a great bonus for winding down at night.The location right on the lake made for beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. Overall, everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway!

We needed a little R&R. This spot fit the bill. It was just 2 of us, but will plan another trip with our adult kids in near future. We didn't use the pool this time but did use the hot tub. It was great. Check in/out was easy.

The house was amazing. Everything was great except the grill didn’t work and then one of the houses next to us rented to a big party and well they were pretty loud and the sheriff had to come out but other than that it was nice to have the pool a little place to fish for my grandson and it was close enough for us to go sightseeing in Hot Springs and go look at crystals in the diamond mines

This house was a great pick for our family! Very spacious and in a quiet area! The house, the pool, and the hot tub were clean. The kitchen was well equipped, plenty of linen.There is a little cove safe for kayak, paddle boards, and pedal boats, or just hanging out in the lake with no worries. There are plenty life jackets of all different sizes.Great memories were made that will be treasured forever! Parents 25th Anniversary

This vacation house was even better than expected! The pictures do not do it justice! The kitchen was fully equipped, the pool and lake were beautiful, and the upstairs space was perfect for our teenagers and young adults. The hosts really thought of everything when setting up this home! They also communicated well throughout our trip. I would not hesitate to recommend this space to our friends and family!! 10/10

The property was lovely and on a beautiful part of the lake. The house was very well stocked with everything we needed and had plenty of activities for everyone. Kayaking, paddle boarding, boating, swimming in the pool, and pool table inside. We had a wonderful stay!

Wonderful home. Air conditioner went off on the last full day, but a technician had replaced the condenser and had it cool again in less than two hours after we called.

The house was well equipped and perfect for our family. Also, very clean. Pool was great as well as hot tub and firepit for the first few cool nights was a big hit. We brought a boat and also enjoyed the paddle boards, kayaks and pedal boats that were at the rental. It was exactly what we hoped for! Will be back.

We had a fantastic time at this property l. It had everything you could need and you didn’t have to leave if you didn’t want to. Everything was clean and stocked to the max. Exactly what the listing shows. This is the best place we’ve stayed at with VRBO.

This home was so wonderful we didn't want to leave. The lakeside location was beautiful, and this home was decorated to the nth degree but at the same time was super comfortable and had everything you could want or need - and then some. Every bedroom was extra roomy with comfortable bedding. We enjoyed visiting on the balcony enjoying the view as well as spending time at the pool area. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms and a huge living area with pool table and air hockey (which we were never able to get turned on). The area was quiet during our visit as it's a little secluded, but close to the locations we visited. Our hosts were helpful and promptly responsive. I would love to revisit this home - highly recommend.

The home was nice. The view of the lake was very pretty. The bounty of towels for the pool was also appreciated. However, the heater on the pool was broken. The property owner offered to allow us to cancel without penalty. We chose to go ahead and come since we had been planning this family trip for months.

Everything in the home is New including1. Kitchen Utensils2. Pool Table, air hockey table, Sobro coffee table3. 2 TVs with sound barThe walls where painted newly. Lots of light.Hot tub was nice as well.Very spacious rooms, Beds were clean. Kids room was big with lot of bedsThe location in that lake place is very good. Complimentary Kayaking was very nice.Different types of couches in the upper gaming room was very nice.Kids had lot of fun.We had a great memorable time. By far this house is in top 5 stays we had ever been.

My family spent Thanksgiving week in this wonderful lakeside home. It’s absolutely beautiful. The heated pool was lovely, even in November, and the hot tub was a big hit with the whole family. We also enjoyed nightly competitions in the amazing game room. All of the rooms are incredibly spacious and the home is furnished like a house out of a magazine. Tom and Jennifer provided detailed information on the entire house as well as lots of info of things to do and places to eat in the area. We couldn’t have asked for more. Truly the most relaxing vacation home!

The house is simply fantastic! The pictures are 100% accurate. The kitchen is better in person than in the pictures and they have everything you need to make a meal. We can not say enough great things about this house and location. It was our family of 4 along with another family of 5. We had 5 kids ranging from 8 - 14 years old and EVERYONE had a great time. Air hockey, pool, arcade game with Atari games (took me back to my youth), paddle boards, kayaks, paddle boat, pool, hot tub, life vest, and as many beach towels as your kids could go through. Not to mention 2 washers and dryers for all those towels! The kids stayed busy the entire time. We rented a boat one day and enjoyed Lake Hamilton. Hot Springs was amazing. Great restaurants, bathhouse history was amazing, and I had no idea Spring Training for baseball started in Hot Springs. Communication with the hosts was great. I highly recommend staying at this house and visiting Hot Springs!
