Welcome to your coastal retreat, a recently renovated waterfront home where idyllic charm meets modern comfort. Comfy seating and tasteful décor create an interior ambiance that's both warm and inviting. Spend memorable moments with your loved ones in the living room equipped with a well-positioned TV for cherished movie nights.

The space boasts three welcoming bedrooms outfitted with six comfortable beds, ensuring a blissful night's sleep after a full day of adventures. The master suite includes a queen-sized bed, while the other rooms feature a queen size bed, twin bunks and a day-bed with a pullout. Our property further offers two full baths and a half bath, and an outdoor shower, allowing everyone ample space to refresh and recharge.

Whip up family breakfasts in the fully-equipped kitchen adorned with wooden cabinetry and appliances, including microwave, oven, stove, coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, and refrigerator. Relish home-cooked meals at our elegant dining table or enjoy al fresco dining on the patio with a stunning waterfront view.

The star of the property, undoubtedly, is the generously sized deck offering panoramic views of the canal, a perfect setting for your morning coffee or evening barbecue parties on the grill provided. The dock and canal are ideal for waterfront adventures. Kayak the canals, Fish from our private dock, or simply observe the wildlife in its natural habitat.

You will love the peaceful atmosphere and access to Galveston Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. Amazing restaurants and night-life of downtown Galveston are a short 16 mile drive from the property. The local marina bar & restaurant is a personal favorite with Kareoke & Live Bands every weekend.

Locally the marina, General Store, and Sandbar in the Neighborhood has great food, amenities, and Entertainment. On the SE corner of Sea Isle there is a bar and next door there are 2 food trucks with a variety of food options for a great lunch while spending the day at the beach.
