Six kayaks (2 adult, 4 kids) are included and ready to launch anytime. Paddle out to a private sandbar just 10 minutes from the dock — shallow, calm water that's perfect for kids to splash around while adults relax with a drink.

THE HOME
Completely renovated from top to bottom, Rivah Breeze combines the charm of a classic Chesapeake Bay cottage with modern finishes and thoughtful amenities throughout.

Kitchen and Dining:

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a week of home cooking. Full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, regular drip coffee maker, blender, and crock pot. Dining table seats 8 indoors. The waterfront deck has outdoor dining for 6 with a large umbrella, plus additional seating throughout.

Living Spaces:
Multiple living areas spread across the home give large groups plenty of room to spread out. The main living room features comfortable seating and opens to the waterfront deck. The downstairs family room provides a second gathering space — great for kids or a movie night after a day on the water.

Outdoor Living:

The waterfront deck is where you'll spend most of your time. Outdoor dining table with umbrella, rocking chairs, teal bench seating, and a beautiful patterned outdoor rug create a true outdoor living room with unobstructed creek views.
