Waterfront house with private dock and boat slip

This home was really great! It rained most of the time we were there, (however, we were able to get some boat time between rains) but we were still able to enjoy the weekend fishing on the double slipped dock! The dock was great and we liked that it had bumpers on the poles to protect the boat. The back deck was really nice as we had toddlers with us we appreciated that it had a gate to corral them! The house its self is lovely and newly updated. Everything worked just fine, no issues. The owner is very kind and was always quick to respond to questions. Don't hesitate to stay at this home.

This was our second stay and it was excellent, very clean, easy to contact the host, the host is very accommodating, and a great location for our family to fish and swim! We would definitely stay again, however one downside is the marina traffic keeps the cove very busy on late Friday and throughout Saturday. The only reason this is troublesome is the boat slip catches the waves and will literally beat your boat to death depending on how much traffic the cove has, so be sure to secure it very well as it doesn’t have a lift. This can be planned around and a boat ramp is close by, so it is a minor inconvenience. Otherwise, wonderful place to stay for a family with smaller children. 10/10.

Great location near Evergreen Marina with beautiful lake views! The house is clean and comfortable with all of the basics. Torrie is fun, friendly, and accommodating. Overall, it was a great stay!

Great view of the lake. The dock was a plus and was able to fish from the dock and catch several fish.

This was our 4th or 5th stay and we really enjoy Terrie’s home. It is quiet and love having a boat slip so we just have to launch our boat once during our stay. The house is lovely and Torrie is super.

This lake house was located in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view of the lake. It was nice having a private boat dock directly behind the house. Torrie was a great host and we had a wonderful time.

If you're looking for a waterfront family vacation spot this is top notch. Having a private dock was just great. Home has everything you would need with a huge frig to put everything in. Owners are great. Very friendly with outstanding communication.

Torrie was amazing. We accidentally booked our trip for the wrong weekend and she bent over backward to help us find a place at the last minute! We ended up coming out for the weekend we scheduled for anyway. The property was gorgeous and very clean! Torrie wss as very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. I would absolutely stay here again.

This is a beautiful, quiet property right on Lake Eufaula. The views are truly stunning. The house has everything we needed for our 3 night stay and our hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Thank you for a lovely visit!
