Waterfront house. Pool, Dock & Walk to Beach.

The house was perfect for our girls trip! The location couldn't be better and the check in and out process was a breeze!!!

Beautiful home Excellent location Exactly as described

This was a great location and perfect for a family trip! We loved having the pool, hot tub and dock! It was walking distance to the beach and quiet even during spring break time. There were lots of fun places to eat and shop close by. We did have issues with the pool and hot tub most of the week - it didn't heat or got WAY to hot where we couldnt go in it. People were sent to fix it but wasn't quite right all week. I am a clean freak... the place it self wasn't too bad but the furniture was very dirty with stains for the price we paid. There were also some things missing that were listed. We had to go buy some basic things. Overall it was a fun place and we made great memories!

The hot tub was a little cool (95 degrees) and we couldn't get a response from the property manager on getting that turned up. Everything else was great.

The description of the property was completely embellished to the point of being deceptive. 3 blocks to Tigertail Beach really meant 3 blocks to the parking lot, from there another 1 mile walk was required. I am not sure what a VIP Island Experience is, but do not think that a poorly maintained house fits the bill - it may have been VIP in 2008 but certainly has not been updated since then, nor has it been maintained properly. There was no comfortable seating in the TV area and the utensils (forks, knives, spoons) were not adequate to support the stated sleeps 10 description. The hot tub which is connected to the heated pool was operative for about 40 minutes until the water level dropped to a level below an adult's knees as the hot tub water was diverted into the pool (an obvious issue with the pool/hot tub valving that the host would not recognize). The games shown in the VRBO pictures was broken, the beach wagon was broken (however the host did provide a new one on day 5 of a 7 day stay), and the house did not have a beach umbrella which required us to rent a beach wagon and purchase a beach umbrella. All of this would have been tolerable had the host actually acknowledged the issues and communicated promptly. It was readily apparent that the host treats this property as a business venture and is more concerned about making a buck through deceptive measures than providing a value added product to renters. Overall, a very bad experience.

Property was perfect for 6 adults. Each had private sleeping area with personal bathroom. Home was spacious with pool and dock area a plus.

Great value. Walkable to Tigertail beach and we enjoyed the pool and the view of the water. The pool was nicely heated. The house is roomy with plenty of places to sit both in the sun and in shade. There are bikes and bike helmets, which is unusual but so nice. We used the kayak once the manager told us that we could use the boat lift. We would stay again. A few things to know: the spa is really a soaking tub with no massage jets. It was nice to sit in but don’t expect strong jets. I would have liked more instructions but the manager is responsive to questions. The beds were softer than our preference but we all slept pretty well. The grill is pretty old and needs a hand igniter which is in the drawer inside. We found it easier to cook inside. I think the price reflected the fact that the grill was older and the spa didn’t have jets.

The house was great for our family. The pool and hot tub added to our experience. It was a nice location.

This was a great house and we loved the location on the canal system and so close to the ocean. We used the kayaks and caught plenty of fish right off the dock. Everything was in good working order. I had a few early questions to the owner and they were very responsive. Would recommend and use again.

Great access to beach and water sports

The house was well stocked with everything you might need for meal prep and cooking, but there was not adequate seating in the family/living room. We were disappointed that the spa would not heat up and that the ad did not specify that the beach that was closest to the house was not really accessible.

The location is great! Easy walk to the beach! Host left an easy to follow instruction book and 2 bottles of wine :) The house has a few issues - The sliding door to the kitchen is very difficult to open/close, needs to be replaced. Not enough plates/silverware for 10 people if you have any utensils in the dishwasher; only 2 hand towels for the kitchen. Air conditioner went out for several hours, property manager was able to fixDoor handle to the garage broke so we were unable to access our food/beverage/bait in the garage refrigerator. Property manager did fix but we needed to replace the items stored in the refrigerator since we left on a fishing excursion before they arrived to fix the handle.

Awesome location !

Property is beautiful. Screen enclosure on pool is torn down on a panel way up at the top. Listing showed 2 bedrooms had king beds but in fact, there is only one. Very clean.

Beautiful home in an amazing neighborhood. The home was just as advertised. Clean, well maintained and stocked with equipment. Our host was attentive and the check in check out process was easy. Only very minor issues were that we didn’t know the pool guy was coming so that was a bit startling at first, and the spa jets don’t turn on, but again those were very minimal. I would absolutely stay at this property again. Thank you for making our birthday trip an incredible experience.

House is as pictured. Perfectly located a few walking blocks from Tigertail beach. We comfortably fit 8 women for a 3 night stay. Everything on the island is a few minutes by car. The kitchen was well stocked, just need measuring cups that say what the measurements are. There wasn’t hand soap in all the bathrooms and the hot tub doesn’t get hot. Not a deal breaker though. We used the convenient kayaks and beach chairs. Overall this was a fantastic house and amazing trip!

Spent five days with family and friends in the property was amazing. As advertised if not better. Communications were fast and friendly. We will definitely come back!

We loved this house! We walked to Tigertail Beach from the house. My kids loved the pool. Great kitchen, bathrooms, and grill area. The hot tub warmed up to where we thought it would get to but they still enjoyed it! We’d stay again!

This is a wonderful rental. Lots of space and wonderfully located close to Tigertail beach. Very clean home with lots of amenities. Our stay was fantastic and I would definitely stay there again.

Great House and location to Tiger Beach, we walk the beach everyday, played a round of golf at Eagle Lakes in Naples. Had some great food! Ocean Prime and Vergina on 5Th Ave Naples. Roy's in Bonita Springs, worth the ride.Thank youSteve and friends from Massachusetts

Great location, excellent house and easy arrangements.

We had four adults and four kids, and this house was perfect for our energetic boys. They loved the pool and playing football out front. Since we’re from Michigan, getting outside to enjoy the beautiful weather was a highlight, and the easy walk to the beach made it even better.The only suggestions I have would be to add some working fishing poles, as most of the ones available were broken, and to provide more dishes for accommodating a larger group. Adding bunk beds in one of the rooms instead of two double beds would also be a great upgrade, allowing the kids to have their own space and get better sleep.Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and the kids had a blast!

Wonderful property, very responsive host, beautiful area. Check out Isle of Capri for some great restaurants.

Great space for a large family. House was very clean and there were plenty of beach accessories for us to use. Pool was nice and heated and view was beautiful.
