Waterfront House on East Grand Traverse Bay (Sleeps 6)

Everything thing was awesome especially the view. We have stayed here before and loved every minute. With the exception of my husband having a gallbadder attack, we found the ER visit excellent. I would recommend for small group who want to have an enjoyable stay.

Such a peaceful property….absolutely stunning views and so easy to get to and from all of our activities. This is our second year staying here and we intend to continue that tradition.

Great place, great location.

The waterfront location makes this East Bay house an incredible experience. The green space, fire pit, and sandy beach are beautiful. We appreciated the brightness and cleanliness of the cottage. While the roadside was tricky, everything else more than compensated.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Check in was easy and kitchen had everything we needed. Amazing view and beach access, as well as great accessibility (by car) to trails and shops. It was comfortable for four adults. It’s very close to a busy street, so navigating that took some getting used to. A few of the doors (back door and bathroom door) are tough to open/close. On the whole, a really positive experience!

The house was perfect for our vacation. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The view was fantastic and was a great spot to spend a week. I highly recommend it!

We came up for a girls weekend the house was so cute and clean and the views were amazing on the lake!! The back porch light was out and I messaged the owner and someone came right over. Thank you for your beautiful rental we had the best time staying here!! And can’t wait to book again!!!

Nice house with beautiful water view

We booked this property for the week of our wedding. The location was perfect and the size of the house was great! We had one slight hiccup at the beginning of our stay but the home/property owner made sure it was taken care of in a timely manner and I appreciated that!

We had a really great time here! The water was very clear and the beach was clean. The house was perfect for our family of four. There was a lot of traffic noise, but we were expecting that. We would definitely like to come back!

This little house is right at the south end of the beautiful East Arm of the Grand Traverse Bay and the view is amazing. The beach is picturesque and we had many duck visitors. We could even see the house from the fishing charter we booked nearby. Only thing to keep in mind was heavy traffic noise during morning rush hour from the busy Munson Avenue. Would stay here again!

The cottage and the location were awesome. We knew immediately that we wanted to return in 2025. The cottage is small (I would guess around 1100 sq. Feet) but the owners have made good use of the available space. It was perfect for us. It’s not fancy but it is a cottage. It could use a larger tv in the living room. The beach and bay were wonderful. East Bay is our favorite body of water. It is so clean and clear and has a hard sandy bottom. We didn’t even need water shoes. The view was fantastic!! We hope to come back every year! This place is a gem for sure!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The beach was a lot of fun for kids. We liked how close everything was.

We had the most wonderful stay at this home. We had the pleasure of staying next to Patty and Joe, who checked on us frequently and asked if we needed anything. This little home is absolutely perfect and right on the beach! It was very clean and welcoming. As others mentioned, you can hear the traffic on Front St. but we got used to it quickly and it did not bother my children. This was the best vacation we’ve had as a family, largely because of being able to stay in this beautiful home. We will be back!

We had a wonderful time at this quaint beach house! Perfect for a summer trip up north. We enjoyed the lovely water and kayaked daily. Great location away from downtown, but easy to go in for dinners and coffee.

This property was exactly as listed. Clean with necessary bedding, towels and misc l. Supplies. Beautiful view of the bay.
