Stayed Aug 29, 2023Property is perfect for families. House is well equipped. There are several minor improvements and repairs that are suggested. Renter must have own linens or rent. Overall, we loved the house and its location. Perfect for family vacations. The owner was amazing and very responsive.

Stayed Jul 23, 2022Our family really enjoyed our stay at the Carney home. The location is perfect with direct access to the Lake and close proximity to some of the best beaches and other attractions on the Cape. We spent the mornings kayaking and playing in the lake, then hit the beach in the afternoon. The house feels like a real home rather than the typical Cape rental… and the master suite is awesome!

Stayed Sep 14, 2021We have used VRBO to rent a lot of houses over the years and this is one of the best we have rented. The owner is great with communication and check in process was flawless. The home is meticulous and the gathering space in the home is plentiful, both indoor and outdoor. The home is so well equipped with kitchen needs, you don't have to worry about not having anything, is is well equipped. I will rent this again without a doubt
