Stayed Jun 19, 2024It won’t let me type my entire review/experience as it’s too long. However VACASAs terrible customer service is why this rating is so low. They made me lose out on three days of our family vacation due to their lack of effort in getting the pool cleaned in a timely manner. Arrived with 4 kids to a 3 dimensional algae covered pool. It was entirely green. They didn’t care about this and I spent hours frustrated with them trying to fix the situation as the pool was 90% of our stay. Partial refund does not fix this review. NEVER will I stay or recommend another VRBO not owned by an actual person to anyone -this is the first and last home I will ever stay at managed by someone that is not the actual owner. They do not care about you or your actual needs. I really wish I could send photos of the pool to the actual owners so they could see how “great” of care their management team is doing.

Stayed Apr 5, 2024Great spot! The pool was awesome, I enjoyed sitting on the dock fishing and watching the huge fish and turtles! Also saw a manatee! A quick 30 minute trip to ft. Myers which is also a great place. No complaints from me! Hope to be back next year!
