Designed with both gathering and unwinding in mind, the layout features two separate living areas — one a quiet sitting room with expansive doors that open directly to the lanai and pool, and the other a spacious TV lounge overlooking the canal, complete with a large modern television and sound system.

The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped for everything from casual breakfasts to full dinners, featuring expansive granite countertops, bar seating, a convection range, a large refrigerator, and both informal and formal dining spaces. Whether you're preparing a simple meal or entertaining, there is ample room to cook, dine, and connect.

The primary suite offers a king-sized bed, a generous ensuite bathroom, and a large walk-in closet. Two additional bedrooms share a well-appointed bathroom and are comfortably furnished for family or guests.

Step outside and you’ll find one of the home’s most impressive features — an oversized west-facing lanai that is significantly larger than most homes of similar size. Comfortable lounge seating and an outdoor dining area sit beside a sparkling private pool, creating the perfect setting for sunset evenings and relaxed afternoons. The pool can be heated for an additional fee, making it comfortable year-round when requested in advance. At night, the water glows beautifully under the moonlight, and the peaceful canal views enhance the tranquil atmosphere.

For those who enjoy life on the water, the private dock provides space for sunbathing and direct boating access. The Caloosahatchee River is reachable in approximately 15 minutes by boat, and Cape Harbour’s waterfront restaurants and bars are about a 20-minute kayak ride away. Boat rentals are conveniently located nearby. The driveway accommodates up to four vehicles, and guests can enjoy beach toys as well as bicycles and kayaks with a signed waiver.

Built in 2003, the home features high ceilings, large windows with canal and boulevard views, and a spacious open design. It is located on one of the most desirable, tree-lined boulevards in Cape Coral, surrounded by luxury waterfront properties in a quiet residential setting with no nearby commercial activity. Within about 10 minutes, you’ll find the Yacht Club beach and marina, Palmetto Pines Golf Course, a local water park, restaurants, grocery stores, and everyday conveniences. Fort Myers and Sanibel Island are accessible within approximately 30 minutes.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
