Waterfront home with panoramic bay views, deck, fireplace & beach access

View was amazing. House was dirty. Food and pet hair on kitchen floor. Dust and hair on bathroom floor. Neighbors drove from their place, across lawn and onto street from our driveway.

NO host. Upon arrival a maintenance worker welcomed us, told us the owner's lived next door & that he would be leaving soon so we could enjoy our stay. Contacted Customer Service regarding lack of heat, on Day one of stay & never heard from anyone. Grill was inoperable. Range was dirty. No house notebook outlining how to's on anything. View was good.

Great little place. Very clean, comfy, and cozy!

We reserved the Grey Goose Beach Cottage well in advance and upon arrival we were initially pleased. The cottage is in a great location, clean, and offers beautiful views of the bay which made a great first impression.Unfortunately, our experience was significantly impacted by daily heavy construction at the neighboring property that shares same driveway. Each morning (730AM) began with rock deliveries and continued through the day with noisy mini excavator work. It was on the line of the rental property, and also tainted the view. The disruption made it difficult to enjoy our stay. The most disappointing aspect was the lack of communication prior to our stay. As we were leaving the final day, we received an apology letter from the construction property residents, confirmed caretaker for the rental, acknowledging the disturbance. They had direct contact with and responsibility of the rental.  This only reinforced our main concern that guests should have been informed of the construction before arrival so that we could have chosen a different location.  An email that this was planned would have given us the opportunity to book another location.  Transparency proactive communication are essential to guest trust, and this expectation did not occurThe property itself is charming and well maintained, but transparency and proactive communication are essential for guest trust. Everything worked fine

I enjoyed staying so close to the water and seeing the traffic (both boat and bird) during my stay. There was a friendly neighborhood cat that stopped by and enjoyed being pet and played with (cat did not come inside the unit).

The cottage was as advertised, cozy, clean with a great deck/patio and bay view. The house was clean and reasonably equipped. Beds good. WiFi good and Vacasa service, arrival and departure great, as expected. The kitchen could be better equipped, and there was no dishwasher. We enjoyed our brief stay and would return if we need lodging in this area again.

We really enjoyed our stay in the cozy beach home! Not fancy, but there were some nice updates like the bathroom and deck.

Quiet place off the beaten path with great views of ocean birds and tides. Nice deck with wind block. Plenty of room inside. Lots of great places to visit close to this cottage. Enjoyed 2 days of hiking and sight seeing nearby.

Enjoyable and relaxing

A bit dirty, electrical issues. Nextdoor neighbor gave dirty looks to kids. Seem to always be looking out the window we felt there was no privacy. They had to fix oven while we were there so we felt a bit uncomfortable.

Loved the location and house. Quiet and comfy. Wouls stay again. Not enough toilet paper supplied. Would do it again.

Cute cozy little house. Close to shore acres for Christmas lights. Rural feeling, yet minutes from the beach and town. Wake up to amazing bay views. Will definitely stay here again.

We enjoy this rental so much! The view to the bay just cannot be beat. This cabin is less than 15 minutes to Shore Acres Park which is a virtually unknown treasure along the southern Oregon coast. We look forward to our next visit~

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this lovely cottage on the bay. The view of the sunsets from the large deck area was priceless, the cottage was very clean, comfortable and conveniently located.

This is a perfect little waterfront cottage for a smaller family. Our family of 4 was cozy, it could have comfortably fit one more, 7 would be a tight fit. Very clean, it had everything we needed. My 15 and 11 year old boys really enjoyed digging for clams in the low tide. Itnono longer has y

The house was clean, well supplied and just right for our little family. The location is lovely and we were blessed with gorgeous sunsets each evening. The deck was amazing with the glass windbreak around the dining area and the open part was great for enjoying the sun. We wished we could have stayed longer!

This was a very nice place to stay in for a few days. Good size bedrooms and I loved the decorations throughout the home. They provided plenty of everything throughout our stay, ie bedding, towels, paper towels etc. It was great waking up to the view of the ocean. We would definitely look into renting this one out again in the future. Thank you.
