Waterfront home with a large dock, pool, and deck area. Can accommodate pets.

We loved how close the canal entrance was to Bow Channel. I paddled almost every day and my husband was able to get out easily to go fishing. The neighborhood is walkable and the neighbors are friendly. We really enjoyed our time in Cudjoe Gardens.

We've come to the Lower Keys for the month of February for six years, and this is, by far, the best house we've stayed in. The deck and pool area are just made for taking in the great view of the channel and ocean. The rooms are nicely sized, and the kitchen is well stocked. Communication with the owner was extraordinarily attentive and friendly. We would absolutely love to stay here again and again!

Perfect location just 30 minutes to Key West. We loved having our boat at the house as well as our dogs. Ample parking, great outside space, easy navigating our boat, fully equipped home, lovely water views, friendly neighbors. Wonderful month

We absolutely loved staying here. The location was perfect for our needs, fishing and diving. An easy jaunt to the back and straight out to the front via the channel markers. And the sunsets at American Shoal Light House were outstanding! We had a few minor issues, but Dana was wonderful to communicate with and most of them were taken care of as quickly as anything can be taken care of in the Keys. She kept in touch with us to make sure all was good. The absolute best part of the house - the pool! After a long hot day on the water, the pool was such a welcome site! Thank you Dana for being a fantastic host and allowing us to stay!

My wife & I are locals to Key West, but a fire at our house left us, our cat and dog looking for accommodations during spring break. Both were old and our dog was a German Shepard. Many pet friendly places turned us down!!! Then we found Dana and on short notice, she welcomed us in! We can not thank her enough for the additional support that she provided. The house is wonderful, comfortable, and provided us the retreat that was so needed. We never had any issues and all the amenities exceeded our needs. One other bonus was the whole house generator!! 10 days into our stay, a sailboat hit the tie line causing a 4 hour power outage; but not for us! Thanks again Dana Wayne & Laura

We enjoyed our stay. House as pictured in listing, kitchen extremely well equipped. A few mechanical issues while we were there, Dana very easy to reach and did everything possible to resolve them !quickly.

It was comfortable, quite and relaxing. Not far from stors, restarauants and down town

This property is exceptionally clean and met all our needs. Great fishing ! Close to Key West! Beautiful sunsets!!! Can’t wait to come back!
