This amazing, newly decorated in coastal and beach themes, canal-front home is minutes from the Caloosahatchee River and a short drive or boat ride to the beaches of Fort Myers, Sanibel, and Captiva. Enjoy all this home has to offer… a heatable pool and spa wrapped by a spacious lanai, a large boat dock, kayaks w/ a lift for easy water access, an underwater fish light so you can sit on the dock at night, and watch the fish swim by, and a fish cleaning station to prepare your catch.>
You'll enter through the front door to find an entryway and living room tastefully decorated in a mid-century modern design. The highlight of the living room is the metal octopus wall art overlooking the room and the metal sea coral coffee table.

The master bedroom boasts a beautiful king bedroom set, a Roku-powered Smart TV, vaulted ceilings, and french doors overlooking the pool and lanai. The ensuite has a large walk-in closet and a dual-head, walk-in shower.

The dining room has a bright, clean coastal feel and overlooks the tropical landscaping in the front courtyard. Across from the dining room is the fully stocked, updated kitchen that has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and bright modern lighting. The kitchen flows into the open family room with its beachy and nautical feel. The family room has plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to watch the 70-inch Samsung Smart TV or enjoy the whole house sound system.

Each guest room has an inviting sea shell theme. Both have comfortable queen beds, Smart TVs, and plenty of room for your belongings. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination, bright lighting, and plenty of counter space.

Escape to the spacious, yet private lanai that has an outdoor dining table, fans, and multiple sitting areas. You'll hear the soothing sound of water as the spa flows into the heatable saltwater pool (guests can request that pool be heated in the winter months for an additional fee - see pool heating fees at the end of this description) that has depths ranging from 3 ft to 6 ft. And Don't worry, there is an easy-to-install safety fence if you are traveling with children. Lastly, there's no need to tip-toe through the house wet because there is a pool bathroom just steps away.

The laundry room which leads to the garage has a large capacity front-load washer and dryer.

For all of our guests, we provide starter supplies of laundry detergent, dryer sheets, a clean sponge, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, dishwasher tabs,
and toilet paper. We also provide tabletop fans in each bedroom, hair dryers in the full bathrooms, and an iron and ironing board located in the master bedroom walk-in closet. There is also a booster seat and pack-n-play in the master bedroom walk-in closet as well.

Note: For the safety and security of our guests and property, security cameras are installed over the garage door, at the front door, in the pool/lanai area, and at the dock. There are no security cameras anywhere within the house itself. The house does have a whole house security system which includes motion sensors however, the whole house security system will be inactive while the home is occupied by guests.

Pool Heating Fee: Guests can request that the pool heater be turned on for the rental term. A pool heating fee of $25 per booked night during the rental term will be collected by the owner in advance of the stay (Pool Heating Fee). The Pool Heating Fee is optional and not included in the Rental Fees collected by VRBO.
