Waterfront home w/ private hot tub, sunset views, WiFi, W/D, & shared pool

Too start this is a great house great view fishing is good out back . Great location close too everything . Clean and LOTS OF ROOM for your party . Coming back too this house next fall..

This is definitely my favorite house in Avon. The split-level design allows for plenty of privacy and cuts down on the number of stairs you have to climb. The house is so clean and everything just works. The kitchen is well equipped. The one thing I would change is to add grab bars and a handheld shower sprayer to at least one shower/bath area for the safety and comfort of guests with mobility or balance challenges. A step leading to the master bathroom’s jacuzzi would be helpful as well.

For many years we've been looking for a house that feels like home when we go away for vacation. For us, this home was it. Great beds. Great views, both in the shade and in the sun. Comfortable furniture, which says a lot for somebody who has a bad back like me. Great customer service from Vacasa. Not a complaint at all about this house and we hope to get to rent it again.

The location was amazing, exactly what we wanted with our own dock and away from the hustle and bustle. Kitchen was not very well stocked with pots and pans, but had plenty of utensils and plates. Half the electric went out on the main and upper levels, unfortunately the electrician couldn’t get out until after our check out. Inconvenient but we managed.

If you enjoy Pamlico Sound views & sunsets, this is your rental. Great location, dock & other amenities for an enjoyable stay. A deep cleaning would make me give the property 5 stars!

Really well stocked home, amazing views and comfortable beds. Home owners seem to have thought of everything in re: to kitchen tools. Easy to use appliances. Nice bathrooms. BEAUTIFUL sunsets from the decks. One drawback was that in the queen bed bedroom, out of four windows in the bedroom & en suite bathroom, only one window opened. (The door to the outside did open.) Not sure about other bedrooms, as the other guests didn’t try to open windows. I’d absolutely recommend, and would stay here again if in the area.

Loved the bedroom setups, the view, the decks, the panoramic water and sunset views, the sound water access and docks, the cleanliness and the open space of the great room/kitchen.

Please contact me for feedback on minor problems with the house. Plumbing in kitchen( loose fixture and leaking), door hardware loose at front and sliding door, sliding door seal bad and difficult to close. master bedroom door seal bad and let water in, entertainment is not working in master bedroom and lower living room.

House was nice. Communication was not the greatest. Price of the house going up 2000 for same week next year and it's not worth it! Will never stay in a house through Vacasa again!
