We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From start to finish, the host was incredibly responsive, communicative, and genuinely helpful—answering questions quickly and making sure we had everything we needed for a smooth trip.The home itself exceeded our expectations. It was spotless upon arrival, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could’ve asked for. Every detail was clearly considered, which made settling in effortless and comfortable. The space felt welcoming and relaxing, and it truly made our trip that much more enjoyable.We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and stress-free experience. Our stay was great. The house was perfect for us. The layout is great, it was very clean, every room has a connected bathroom so you don’t have to share with anybody and plenty of half baths for people to use on the main floors. The kitchen/living room/balconies had plenty of seating for our group of 13. The kids and adults loved the pool, the hot tub and the putting green outside. The outdoor showers were equipped with hot water making it more comfortable to get all the sand off after the beach. The beach was about a 5 min walk to the beach access then another 5 mins across the steps over the dunes. It wasn’t too bad since we did a beach setup so we carried less. The kitchen was very well stocked with 2 of basically everything. The bathrooms all had bar soaps and toiletries that were a lovely added touch. The owner was super responsive, lovely and helpful. She did anything she could to help make our stay better.

This house is huge! There were 16 adults and plenty of room to spare. The owner is fabulous to work with and wants you to have the best time possible while there. This part of the island has deep dunes so the walk is longer than you expect but the empty beaches are worth it!

Excellent location! Quiet neighborhood and convenient stores around. The house was as described and the host was very accommodating and attentive to our needs. Highly recommend!

This house in Avon was awesome. It met our needs well being close to the beach, having an amazing kitchen, and having a bathroom with each bedroom. Avon is a nice and quiet Hatteras Island town and a perfect location for a beach vacation. Thank you

This home was ideal if for our family! It is well appointed and the kitchen is phenomenal! Two cooks in the kitchen is a gift!! We loved how close it was to coffee and ice cream and an arcade!! Ann was super easy to work with and communicated thoroughly and was easy to reach. We really didn’t have a single issue the whole week!! The elevator was essential for my in laws to get from their bedroom on the top floor to the pool. The pool area was perfect for our all-day hangout!! The fridge that’s just inside the door of the bottom floor made it super easy to retrieve drinks and that bathroom with a door to the pool was a nice touch!! We loved it and would definitely refer a friend!!

Beautiful home. Ann was super responsive. We had a couple issues, neither of which she could control, but she did her best to help us have a great time.

The property was very well maintained (except for a little issue with the grill). The pool was crystal clear and refreshing and we used the fire pit several nights. The house was well decorated and the kitchen better stocked with utensils and tools than any place we’ve ever stayed. My only critique would be that the shower head in the master bath. You have this HUGE shower which is beautiful but a tiny little head that just doesn’t do it justice.
