Waterfront Home w/ Private Hot Tub, Fireplace, AC, Washer/Dryer & Shared Pool

The location of this house on the sound is amazing. Great seating on the deck over looking the Pamlico Sound with great views of sunsets every night. The house provided a paddle board and 4 kayaks. We swam, kayaked, and paddled boarded every day. Sheets and bath towels were provided; bring beach towels. Everyone said their beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. The big kitchen table was nice for eating together and playing games at night. This house is very roomy. This was our second time staying at Devon's Landing; we would love to go back!

Clean spacious and all around nicely set up to welcome guest. we defiantly look forward to booking Devens Landing again. We have stayed in several homes from the sound front to ocean front, Devens offers the most relaxing stay.

The rugs were nasty... we didn't want to take off our shoes inside. Also a lot of black mold around the AC vents and the kitchen cabinets were sticky. Loved the location tho

We really appreciated the cleanliness and good maintenance of the house. The kitchen was also well equipped. The location was perfect for windsurfing. The only downside and exception to what was previously mentioned is that one of the bedrooms smelled strongly of mildew. Since it was just my partner and me, we did not use that room and kept it closed.

Close to Beach Access Ramps 38 and 43, it's perfect for enjoying the Atlantic Ocean beach. The supermarket is also nearby, and dinners while watching the sunset over the sea were exceptional, even on the East Coast.

The house itself was great! It was perfect for our group. Absolutely beautiful views of the sound. There was plenty of seating for our group of 5. The beds were a little firm for my taste, but I still slept fine. The reason for 3 stars was mostly because of the communication, or lack thereof, with the property management group once at the house. Two separate times during our stay workers came for repairs without any notification. A Spectrum representative was waiting for us when we got home one afternoon saying that he had an appointment but didn’t know exactly what he was there to fix. Then two days later, when we woke up, there were men working on the deck outside one of the bedrooms. We understand that things happen and repairs need to be made, but would have appreciated notification.

House is close to stores and shops. It’s on the water which we loved.

Location out of this world! Right on the water. Great sport fishing. We had perfect weather the entire stay. We rebooked for next year - that says it all!
