Waterfront Home w/ Boat Dock on Lake Granbury!

Property was exactly as described and expected. Clean, comfortable, cozy and had everything we needed. Host was quick to respond, answered all of our questions. This was perfect for a girl's weekend in Granbury. We had 6 comfortably without being able to be outside much due to weather! Highly recommend!

Comfy Home, View of Grandbury lake with Sunrises and Sunsets are amazing, Very nice covered sitting area just out back door. Only caution is the steps to go down to lake access are many and steep so must be able to walk and balance well. The whole experience was very relaxing.

Wonderful week at this Lake house house. View of the lake ia beautiful from the house. Enjoyed the hot tub, the boat deck on the water was so much fun. Slide and the rope swing my kids loved. Fishing was super easy.Lots of stairs getting to and from the boat dock. Other than that the house was well stocked and clean. Great AC and comfortable beds.

Stay was great. House was very clean and accommodating Hosts were very responsive and communicative Boat slip and dock were the highlight. Perfect canal off the Chanel easily accessible to. Kid friendly Only downside was poor road Maintance in the neighborhood and the stairs to the dock are extremely steep and long with no handrails. Not very young or elderly friendly. But would stay again with family for future holidays

The home was a good fit for our short stay and the view was beautiful, but it could really benefit from a thorough deep cleaning and a bit of updating. The photos made the space look bright and welcoming, but when we arrived, it felt musty and closed up. There were noticeable cobwebs in the living room furniture cushions, around the windows and shades, and even the beds. The outdoor furniture was covered but still quite dirty, with stained cushions and more cobwebs. The grill hadn’t been cleaned in sometime.We ended up purchasing some cleaning supplies since none were located, pre-washing the bedding we needed, and covering the outdoor cushions with towels so we could enjoy the space. We also cleaned and prepped the grill before using it by smoking it out. A deep indoor and outdoor cleaning including the walls, windows and all the furniture cushions would make a big difference. Having extra bedding available would also be helpful.On the positive side, the home is located on a nice quiet cul-de-sac in a great location with plenty of parking and a beautiful view. The kitchen and bathroom were both very clean and well-stocked, which we appreciated. Do adhere to the stairs being very steep with no railing to the lower dock area and no railing on the second level deck area. Overall, we enjoyed our time and the setting—it’s a charming home that just needs a bit of extra care to shine.

Loved the views and the lake is awesome! It was our first time visiting the area. The house was setup nicely for our group of six. The house was clean. We are big duck hunters, so we appreciate the art and taxidermy. The dock was sweet. We used it a lot!The hot tub was okay but lost power. The owner sends a video on how to reset the GFCI breaker.It seems like this has been a short term rental for a while and could use some updates. For example, all the pots and pans are scratched deeply and or rusty.Communication leading up to stay was great and then so so once on property and post checkout.

The house had a gorgeous view of the lake, very nice property and fantastic dock. Just as described was top notch and comfortable. Enjoyed sitting in the big wrought iron chairs with the oh so comfy cushions (back porch) enjoying coffee in the morning and wine with the sunset. (note: there are a good amount of large, well spaced stone steps down to the dock, easy to walk down but no type of hand rail so if you have anyone with knee or hip issues you may want to bring a walking stick)Space was perfect in size and number of bedrooms (comfy beds). Plenty of seating in the living room and dining room/breakfast bar. I did have to move some things around to be able to actually have a view of the lake from the living room and trees are tall and dense behind the house so you can’t see the dock and the water, but you can see the main body of the lake to the right.Host was responsive, friendly and very accommodating, we had one little hiccup in the beginning and Brent was on it immediately and it was resolved quickly.Five stars from me and I do hope to come back again as this was my first time in Granbury and I loved it!

Quiet property, as advertised in an area somewhat isolated. Very nice accomodations.

We had a great stay despite the wind blowing so hard that we stayed inside the majority of the time. The house was comfortable and afforded us the opportunity to be together, which was the purpose of the trip.

The house is great, the views from the living room and deck are awesome. The road back to the house is a little rough. I wouldn't recommend bringing a limited ground clearance performance car. The hot tub and outside fireplace are great. In warm weather, the dock would be amazing. It was quite cold on my visit so water sports were not on the agenda. I would stay here again.

We had an amazing time. This place was awesome. The view was also amazing. Definitely will book again when it’s summer.

We had a Ladies retreat, and it fit us perfectly! We were so cozy sipping our coffee on the patio each morning watching the sun rise with the beautiful Lake in front of us. It was a perfect weekend getaway. Beds were very comfy, house has a great layout and flowed wonderfully for us. Had an extra fridge so we use 2 and the patio was perfect for grilling!

Awesome property with a hot tub and really cool lake house dock. Stayed for 3 nights on a summer vacation and the whole family had a blast!

The lakehouse was perfect! Plenty of room for everyone and everything was very clean and kept up nicely. Lots of steps from the patio to the dock, my legs definitely got a work out but worth it! The only negative to us was the road getting to the house was horrendous! The county or city really needs to address this for the amount of homes in this area we couldn't believe how horrible the road was. The only other thing is we wished the dock would have had a ladder to climb up instead of having to walk up the slippery rock staircase in the water.

Best dock on the lake! My teens had a blast.

We had an amazing time. This property was all that it said it was and then some. Located in a little cove so swimming and relaxing in the water was worry free. We were able to park our boat and two jet skis right at the dock so it was easy to take out on the open lake. The owners were easy to talk to and responded quickly with any questions we had. We will definitely be coming back out to enjoy this property again.
